Smart shoes, smart fitted trousers, shirt and v neck jumper. It's just yummy. 😍

nope.

Expensive suit, white shirt - open at neck.

Jeans, Docs, black T shirt, motorbike jacket does it for me.

I never got the whole "smart and well scrubbed is sexy" thing.

Krimbler · 25/04/2017 15:26

And a big fat NO to men in cardies. Daniel Craig looks like he's mugged an elderly grandad for that!

LoveMyLittleSuperhero · 25/04/2017 15:27

My school uniform was the colour of those trousers and that jumper! Shock I don't like those colours together but the style itself is ok.

That said. Brown shoes! Nonononono. I couldn't ever date a guy who wore brown shoes Confused

EndoplasmicReticulum · 25/04/2017 15:27

Beyond - that's cheating though, putting Steve in it. He'd probably even make the brown shoes look good.

Krimbler · 25/04/2017 15:27

And I hate men in kilts too although in seem to be in the minority on this one.

ILikeyourHairyHands · 25/04/2017 15:28

Ugh, not for me thanks, it's very boyish. And v-neck t-shirts can do one to.

I love a rolled-up short sleeve displaying a nice but of manly forearm.

peachgreen · 25/04/2017 15:28

krimbler Ooooh, I love a good cardi. They are very divisive though.

thenewaveragebear1983 · 25/04/2017 15:29

Clearly depends on the guy doesn't it?
I'd love my dh to wear more fitted clothes. Perhaps a jumper that was less that 5 years old. He doesn't do smart/casual. He does smart very, very well.

noeffingidea · 25/04/2017 15:29

Link doesn't work, but the description doesn't really do it for me, tbh.
I like -
faded jeans, white tshirt, leather jacket (think James Dean)
Or suited and booted. This only works on certain men though.
Or some uniforms.

oh yes... watching box sets of Hawaii 5-0 and have a bit of a crush going on ....

Krimbler · 25/04/2017 15:30

And can someone explain the trend for fitted grey marl tracksuits worn like babygros? We can see your willy outline!

GrouchyKiwi · 25/04/2017 15:32

Full kilt outfit, but only on a man with good legs, like my DH. [smugface]

I am also a fan of chunky aran jumper with jeans/cords and work boots.

Or anything/nothing on Chris Hemsworth.

blueskyinmarch · 25/04/2017 15:34

My DH dresses like that and he is in his 50's. He is tall and slim with a lovely pert arse. He looks good.

Crunchymum · 25/04/2017 15:35

The link isn't clicky for me and I cba to copy and paste it Blush

ILikeyourHairyHands · 25/04/2017 15:35

Rolled up shirt sleeve not short sleeve ffs.

SaskiaRembrandtWasFramed · 25/04/2017 15:37

I like jeans, leather jacket and biker boots too, sorry, but knitwear just reminds me of 1950s knitting pattern men, who probably also wore car coats and sensible slacks. And brown shoes, just no.

Waddlelikeapenguin · 25/04/2017 15:37

Noooooo!
Kilt everything else optional

Redpony1 · 25/04/2017 15:37

It only works on guys with a good body.

My DP has a good body, but he's too muscly and fit for that outfit!! Although i do like it...

aSleepyPrincess · 25/04/2017 15:38

It does nothing for me, I prefer something much more.......rugged Blush. Give me a man in a fitted black T shirt with dark faded jeans and decent boots with a thick sole over the 'preppy' look any day!

I don't get the fashion for men dressing like little boys!

HerBluebiro · 25/04/2017 15:38

Lovemysuperhero he does look a little bit like he is on his way to school... I find it a bit weird and the opposite of sexy. Like school girl chic is supposedly sexy..... nope not for me

sonlypuppyfat · 25/04/2017 15:39

Muscles, tight t shirt, jeans perfect

elQuintoConyo · 25/04/2017 15:40

A condom.

amusedbush · 25/04/2017 15:41

Brown shoes? Just no.

Why? My DH has brown desert boots and brown Ted Baker shoes (his wedding shoes, actually) and they look gorgeous.

I agree that the outfit with the jumper is very Alan Partridge.

herethereandeverywhere · 25/04/2017 15:43

My DH is not the right build for that outfit. It appears to suit those in their late teens and skinny men (not my taste).

DH has big muscly thighs and bum - those trousers would look dreadful (not to mention the fact you'd never get a pair to fit him). The recent years of skinny jeans/slim trousers have been awful for him. In order to get the thighs and bum to fit the waist is about 3 sizes too big.

I'm also a bit Hmm about the combination of colours, makes the outfit look cheap to me.
