To feel let down by One Born Every Minute?

This is mine & my partners first baby together, but I've already had 2 kids so I KNOW I don't cope well in labour, I'm a midwife's nightmare 😂

Been making him watch One Born Every Minute to prepare scare him but so far they've all been really well behaved! I need some screamers/swearers/non copers like me to be shown tonight Grin

I have never watched obem since I had my last dd 7 years ago, just can't bring myself to watch it anymore. It's not relative to me anymore as I won't be having any more

Yy to a previous poster who said an epidural slows down labour. It certainly didn't with dd1! 6 hour labour with epidural halfway though, nicest labour out of the 4 dc although I did have an elective with dd3.
