Just trying to figure out what on earth to have for tea. I realise nearly every item in my fridge and freezer (that I want to eat right now) is cheese based.

  • cheese nacho Mexican things
  • cheese pizza
  • cheese quiche
-cheesey potatoes
  • cheese garlic bread
-cheese and garlic dip -cheddar Followed by...-cheesecake!!!

Am supposed to be starting diet on mon. Surely the reasonable thing is to eat them and get them gone right?? Am I alone in my cheese based fridge?

Go for a low carb diet.... cheese is encouraged!!

MyCatsHateMLMtoo · 01/04/2017 20:34

Yes, I agree with Not, I do low carb and had cream cheese stuffed giant mushrooms (2) librally sprinkled with Manchego cheese (lush) and baked, crispy bacon on the side, wilted spinach. Mmmmm Smile.

LovelyBath77 · 01/04/2017 20:37

I agree also. There have been studies showing people are healthier who eat cheese. Go for it!

pointythings · 01/04/2017 20:38

Any diet that does not involve cheese is not worth the effort.

NotStoppedAllDay · 01/04/2017 20:39

Red wine goes really well with cheeeese!

SaucyJack · 01/04/2017 20:41

Cheeseyness is next to Godliness.

Lulabell1979 · 01/04/2017 20:43

Oh the cheesy nacho things were amazeballs!

Low carb hi cheese... hmmm if only I didn't also have a bread issue!

A Low carb diet Ian good for cheese lovers, but you have to think of new, non carby things to balance your cheese on. No bread, crackers, jacket potatoes, pizza. Roasted cauliflower just doesn't cut it!

Saucyjack Grin

I am low carb and just eat hunks of mature cheddar as snacks. Cheesetastic!

LovelyBath77 · 01/04/2017 21:10

I eat slices of cheese with a slice of kerrygold butter.

Upsy1981 · 01/04/2017 21:15

We regularly reflect on how many of our meals contain cheese, lasagne, enchiladas, homemade pizzas (well all pizza but we usually do homemade through the week), etc etc. Even when we do susupposedly healthier stuff like turkey burgers and salad DH sticks cheese on top of the burgers! We reflect, but never enough to do anything about it!

Upsy1981 · 01/04/2017 21:15

*supposedly

Longji · 01/04/2017 21:24

I'm low carbing at the moment, currently eating cheese dipped in guacamole . Food of the gods!

JamesDelaneysHat · 01/04/2017 21:26

Now i want cheese and there's only a hard bit of cheddar in the fridge.

user1487175389 · 01/04/2017 21:30

I used to agree - ate tonnes of it with everything. I've recently gone vegan, and do you know what? I don't miss it. It was an addiction but I'm beating it.

UnicornButtplug · 01/04/2017 21:40

Mmmmmmm cheese Shock I love it so much

MyCatsHateMLMtoo · 01/04/2017 21:59

Lulabell1979 · 01/04/2017 22:51

I've had to cut out cheese lately. I subbed dairy for carbs and it sent my cholesterol levels rocketing.

Meekonsandwich · 01/04/2017 22:53

Ewwwww you're totally unreasonable.

I hate cheese.

It's texture, it's smell, its taste, where it comes from, just noooooo.

cafetea · 01/04/2017 22:56

it's the perfect snack

Plunkette · 01/04/2017 23:00

If I lived alone there would never ever be cheese in my fridge. I don't dislike it I'm just not interested.

However DH and the DC are cheese lovers.

DragonNoodleCake · 01/04/2017 23:21

Cheese is the best food ever! That's why
