Any idea who did it?

I think the DNA on the sock will be from whoever wore it during the footy match.

Whoever's DNA is on the sock, it won't be Mark or the vicar; they said that it was one of 'our men', which only encompasses the ones who were at the party. They could be involved elsewhere, I suppose.

Regardless, I think there are multiple culprits.

I think all three rapes were by different local men.

They kept highlighting at the start that there were lots of men at the party. I think this is relevant in some way, maybe the party was some kind of swingers event?

Ooooh, interesting! I've been dismissing the vicar theory but you might be on to something there. A lot of people have said since episode 1 of series 1 (several years ago) that there's something dodgy about the vicar - I was never convinced but that would be an amazing plot twist.

Totally agree about the fantastic acting and some truly electric scenes - most of the first episode, Trish confessing to Cath, Miller bollocking the young clueless detective, Hardy turning it all the way up to 11 with the local scumbags (think that was my favourite!)

Did Joe Miller do it and Danny Latimer witnessed it? And that is why he killed Danny?

One minor point that's been bugging me - why were we shown Hardy going on a date a couple of weeks ago? His awkwardness was quite amusing and everything but - why? It doesn't seem to have served much purpose

I think - The DNA on the sock is footballing twine factory owning twat. But he didn't do the rape. I think taxi git and Jim could be in cahoots re the other crimes. The porn is what links them.

Wee bit underwhelming? Am I the only one?

I thought this whole series was great, having loved S1 and been disappointed by S2. Now wishing they would carry on - the chemistry between the two leads is so good.

Yes poor ending I thought.
Still wish there was another series though!
