And 5ft 9?
I've put on loads of weight and would feel comfy being a 16 but it's a long way off.
I'm guessing I've about 8 st to lose to be a 16. I'm disgusted with myself BlushSad

im a 16 and weigh 12 stone 6

inkydinky · 12/03/2017 21:49

Also 13 stone 6 and a size 16 (6 foot tall though). I was 12 stone 6 a year ago and still a 16. I could quite fancy being a size 14 but think I would need to lose a lot of weight to do it (and can't be arsed).

Seryph · 12/03/2017 21:49

I'm 5'6 and a 14-16 on top, 16-18 on the bottom (I've got huge boobs and hips, but still quite a tiny waist). I'm 14 stone 10. I was uncomfortably in 16 jeans at 14 stone 2.

I don't ever remember being smaller than a 14, even at 12 stone.

i have skinny legs (size 8) my boobs are 44DD and my tum looks 9 months pregnant, I am 5ft 4 and 12 stone 6, I fit size 10 leggings (elasticated) but my tops are often 20/22

Itsnotwhatitseems · 12/03/2017 21:52

i resemble an ostrich or a potato with sticks for legs

highinthesky · 12/03/2017 21:52

pho3be your weight / size ratio is a complete puzzle to me! How are you size 10 at 11st and size 18 at 18 st?!

thenightsky · 12/03/2017 21:53

I'm 5ft 8in.

I hit a size 16 when I was about 12 and half stone.

MissCalamity · 12/03/2017 21:53

I'm 5ft 9 and currently hovering around 15 stone. My clothes are a size 14/16 on top & 16 on the bottom, however there are a bit of the tight side. I've not really bought many new clothes since having DD almost 3 years ago, so put up with the slightly tight clothes until I can lose the stone of baby weight! Shock

identityhidden · 12/03/2017 21:54

I'm 5ft 9 , weigh 16 stone. 16 on top and 18 on bottom.

khajiit13 · 12/03/2017 21:57

Some of these are baffling to me. Shows how different body shapes make all the difference.

I'm 13,5 and 5ft2 and a size 16.

At 10st I was a 12, I'd love to be back there!

babyunicornvomit · 12/03/2017 21:57

I'm 5'8 and over the last few years fluctuated between 12 stone 10 and size 14, and 14 stone and size 16. Was the latter when I got pregnant. Now 20+1, more like 15 stone and wearing maternity 16's jeans and 16 normal tops. I carry a lot of weight in my hips/thighs and boobs (34GG lol fun) and have a small(er) waist.

KeepingitReal2 · 12/03/2017 21:58

Weight is so irrelevant. I'm 11.5 stone and 5ft8 but wear perfect 10 but then I have a lot of muscle tone which I have spent years working on

NotInMyBackYard1 · 12/03/2017 22:00

I'm 5'7 and post pregnancy weight of 13st 6 I was a size 16.
I'm 11 stone now and comfortably in a 12 - I'm toned and strong and muscly now though and prefer it this way, number on the scale is just that. How you feel and how you looking your clothes is a better and more healthy target to aim for. Good luck OP!

blankpieceofpaper · 12/03/2017 22:00

I am 5 ft 9 and I am 12 st 13 - I have lost 2 stone but I still have some way to go. I am a 14-16. I would like to get down to at least 12 stone.

Interesting to see the differences!

LapdanceShoeshine · 12/03/2017 22:03

I'm 6', 15 stone, size 18 bottoms & 22-24 tops Shock

I am classically big-boned though Grin

WankingMonkey · 12/03/2017 22:06

5'5 14.5 stone at the min and a 16. Was 13st before having the kids and a 14.

At 12 stone I was a 12

My mother doesn't understand it...she is 5'7 9st and a 10 so reckons at my weight now I should be a 22 or something

Bodies are weird. Mind my legs have always been pretty muscular (despite not doing much on them Hmm ) so I guess a lot of the weight may be there.

PutThatPomBearBack · 12/03/2017 22:11

Cue replies of 'im 6ft2, wiegh 5 stone and a size 0'

Somuchweighttolose · 12/03/2017 22:11

Varies so much doesn't it!
I think maybe I've been too optimistic thinking I'll be a 16 at 15st
So overwhelmed with how much I've got to lose :(

OP posts:
highinthesky · 12/03/2017 22:13

Slow and steady wins, OP.

NotInMyBackYard1 · 12/03/2017 22:14

Don't be overwhelmed - take it one pound at a time. Slimming World seems very good for people with a lot to lose, can still eat a decent amount, not feel hungry, just healthier options and lots of good food can be eaten freely.
Start tomorrow - you will be so glad you did Star

Kikikaakaa · 12/03/2017 22:15

I'm 5'6 and about 13stone. I'm a size 14 usually sometimes 16 depends what shop or what fit or what item of clothing it is.

Kikikaakaa · 12/03/2017 22:16

Also at 5'6 I have stump legs and need 28inch jeans

JonesyAndTheSalad · 12/03/2017 22:17

Phobe I don't get that either! I'm 5.6 too and I weigh 11 and a half stone and I'm a size 14!

I want to be a 12 again but I'd need to lose a stone I suppose.

JonesyAndTheSalad · 12/03/2017 22:18

OP you might be! Height and body mass and build all come into it you know.
