48/50. But one I got wrong was the Melissa McCarthy/Kate McKinnon/Spicy question. So on political (not satire) questions, I did pretty good!

What's wrong with the ACA? Nothing.
What has Trumpcare (DonTCare) done to fix it? Nothing.
There were/are things in the ACA that need to be 'tweaked' but the repeal of it won't help any of those. Supposedly things like not having any/much choice of insurers/policies in certain areas and not being able to 'keep your doctor'. Not sure about the plans thing as my son and my cousin had plenty of options. As far as 'keeping your doctor', that's something that is common to all of us. If my doctor stopped taking my insurance then I'd either pay more out of pocket or I'd find a new doctor. It's not uncommon that doctors start and stop taking different insurance plans. It happens. They've also said that insurance plans need to be able to sell across state lines. With the ACA, they already do that. Both my cousin and my son are/were covered by 'multistate plans' in which the company covers people in (IIRC) California and Nevada.
DonTCare will do nothing but cut funding for help with paying premiums (direct subsidy) in exchange for a 'tax rebate' which will help no one pay their premiums. It just makes the tax bill lower. This will force more and more low income families onto Medicaid. But since he has plans to cut that, too, I expect they won't stay there for long.
It will remove regulation which will mean that companies are free to set their own reimbursement rates and premiums. This means that someone with a pre-existing condition may be able to keep their insurance, but that the company can charge them a higher rate.
It also provides a HUGE tax break for CEOs of insurance companies and other high earners.
It removes the 'mandate' for women's health care (i.e. contraception coverage).
In short, to quote our 'fake' president "It's a disaster, folks, a total disaster. I mean it will be a real mess".
