To be heartbroken at yet ANOTHER fave product being discontinued?

I have just discovered Thorntons have discontinued their strawberry fondant chocolate pigs, and I am quite frankly devastated. These have been my fave little treat since I was about 12, and now they are no more!

It's the latest in a long line of favourite products being discontinued - does anyone else get unreasonably irritated by this?! I'll start a list, feel free to add to it...

• Thorntons strawberry fondant pigs (sob)
• Benefit 'So Hooked on Carmella' perfume
• Lush Aqua Mirabilis (my thighs will never be the same again)

It's been over 15 years and I still miss it !!

Sorry if it's already been mentioned but who remembers Campinos!? Gorgeous little yoghurt and fruit flavoured hard boiled sweets. The taste of childhood the peach ones were yum.

Instead of benefit, try Iconic London. They do the most amazing highlighters!

Cheese and Onion Microchips. No one remembers them so I emailed Mcain and they said that they did make them in the 80s but did not have any pictures???

Lymeswold cheese. Miss it terribly.

Cadburys Silk bars (the ones from the 80s/early 90s(?) in a light blue wrapper that was like six strawberry cremes from a box of Roses stuck together in a row)

Burger King veggie whoppers

No 7 highlighter thing that was pink and shimmery and gorgeousness in a pot

Cartoonies biscuits with the printed picture on the outside and chocolate stuff in the middle, I bloody loved them. B&M sell boxes of a similar product, but they're not the same and nowhere near as nice.

Sainsbury's American style sandwiches, they only stopped selling them this year and I keep hoping they'll bring them back.

Bodyshop Dewberry products and the little fruity lip balms that they sold in Superdrug. They take me right back to my childhood.

Ah dewberry! LOVED that stuff.

I miss cosmetics to go. I know they became Lush but it's not the same :( They were so quirky and cool.

I also miss the old Body Shop products - again the new stuff is not the same. I loved all the coloured soaps and I really really miss the strawberry lip balm from the 90's. That smell is my teenage years!

Boots Botanics Mattifying Day Cream SPF15 was my favourite daily moisturiser, and only about £4. It suddenly disappeared a year or so ago. It's still sold in the US, for reasons unknown. I loved that stuff

Flex shampoo.

And the Body Shop Tobacco Flower, yes, that was lovely.

Was Flex shampoo the one in pink bottles?
I miss the pink and white mushrooms. The new versions are not the right texture.
Also loved Body Shop liquorice bubble bath. Mmmmm

Teso Chicken and Chorizo square wrap. Food of the gods. I used to get one every Saturday. I can still almost taste it now. They replaced it with a deeply inferior wrap and then that was gone too. Sad times.

Also, Fuse bars. I loved them.

Heinz "improved" their vegetable soup about 20 years ago. I'm still upset.

I miss Smoky Bacon monster munch. They were so good.

I didn't know about Worcester sauce wheat crunchies being gone too. The very thing for after swimming.

It was lush.

Tesco's bitter orange Perisecco. Very recently The other two are too sweet, even mixed with Prosecco.

Ben and Jerry's strawberry cheesecake.

Body shop morrocan rose body lotion spray.... once discontinued I never found anything as good or lovely smelling as this. Son's dry oil spray IS NOT the same 😔
