To be heartbroken at yet ANOTHER fave product being discontinued?

I have just discovered Thorntons have discontinued their strawberry fondant chocolate pigs, and I am quite frankly devastated. These have been my fave little treat since I was about 12, and now they are no more!

It's the latest in a long line of favourite products being discontinued - does anyone else get unreasonably irritated by this?! I'll start a list, feel free to add to it...

• Thorntons strawberry fondant pigs (sob)
• Benefit 'So Hooked on Carmella' perfume
• Lush Aqua Mirabilis (my thighs will never be the same again)

Loads of weight watchers joined food heaven in the sky. I loved the weight watchers pizzas and the veggie pasta meals.

I also miss the veggie whopper. The traditional one that was more like a patty then the vegetable filled burger thing.

I don't miss it, but do you remember the timotai shampoo that was kinda separated? Like one colour at the bottom and a different one at the top?

Dayvilles ice cream with a whopping 31 flavours with exciting names like rocky road. Nobody believed me when I told them back at school. All our local ice cream shops just had vanilla, strawberry, chocolate and run n raisin

OP I discovered this today in my local Thorntons. I scoured the shelves for ages before the sales assistant said they are discontinued. My favourite treat as a child, and every so often I'd have one to take me back in time! Gutted!!

I missed this thread as had just had baby ds so had no idea

I can't find anyone in an Aveda shop who remembers it and I can't find anything that smells like it.

70s Special K before they reformulated it and made it horrible.

There was one where I grew up and omg it was HEAVEN. I still miss daiquiri ice and it's been over 35 years.

I'm sure there was no alcohol in it but still, I don't think my parents knew what daiquiri is.

I was also quite partial to the fresh peach and the bubblebum varieties.

Parks stopped making their aromatherapy candles about a year ago, so I stockpiled from eBay, brand alley etc. Apparently enough people similarly 'panic bought' that they have brought the most searched-for ones back.

Gutted that these have been discontinued.

Those potato Oven Crunchies things. They must have all been made in a giant factory somewhere, as all the supermarkets stopped them at the same time.

Coconut boosts , although it was so long ago I'm wondering if I just imagined them.

L'Oreal Frequence shampoo - which also smelt of freshly cut grass
Elizabeth Arden chunky eye kohl in 'Skipper Blue' - It was exactly the colour of blue eye drops and when put on the inner rim/water line made eyes of any colour look SO bright and the whites really white - Didn't notice the actual blue at all.
Pretty Peach bubble bath by Avon - can still smell it now.

Why are all (bar one) of the above beauty products?!

Crinkly mini cheddars in original flavour...
I know they do the crinkly's in salt and vinegar or cheese and onion but I so crave the original flavour ones.... why oh why didn't they have to stop!
