To be heartbroken at yet ANOTHER fave product being discontinued?

I have just discovered Thorntons have discontinued their strawberry fondant chocolate pigs, and I am quite frankly devastated. These have been my fave little treat since I was about 12, and now they are no more!

It's the latest in a long line of favourite products being discontinued - does anyone else get unreasonably irritated by this?! I'll start a list, feel free to add to it...

• Thorntons strawberry fondant pigs (sob)
• Benefit 'So Hooked on Carmella' perfume
• Lush Aqua Mirabilis (my thighs will never be the same again)

phones don't have the battery power for long walks, and are less discrete to slip into your bra when you have no pockets!

I've said for years I'd be willing to sacrifice DP to the first person who could get me a Cabana bar. (I'm only half-joking)

Fry's Peppermint Creme doesn't taste the same these days either.

cachet perfume (ok not a chocolate but I loved that scent)

Body Shop spiced ginger stuff was lovely - I wish I'd bought bottles of the stuff.

Echo bars, Dairy Milk with shortcake, Munchies bar, Galaxy did a box of chocolates for a brief time which were lush - why do they all go away?!

You can still get Clinique Moisture Surge moisturiser - It came out in the 80's - still available today, in fact the entire range has grown. (Only know all this because I worked for them then and am still a total beauty nerd).

Pretty much the contents of the Body Shop circa 1994. I always used to buy a little pot of raspberry ripple bubbles and 2 bath pearls in festive shapes for my friends (best friends also got glycerine fruit-shaped soaps!). Happy days.... [sigh]

Pepsi doesn't taste the same these days either. I distinctly remember Dame Tina Turner advertising it in the 80s and the man at the end saying "now with an even better recipe!" and it's never tasted the same since.

Anyone remember M&S used to get these delicious cheese wrapped in bacon in at Christmas. They were amazing. Similar to pigs in blankets but with cheese. Every xmas for years we would literally clear the shelves of them because we knew they wouldn't be back for another year. Then all of a sudden they stopped doing them. Worst xmas ever 😪

One of the first mascaras I bought was Ultra Lash by Maybelline. I have spent the last 40 years trying to find the perfect mascara to match up to the wonderfullness of it.

Snowflakes (as in the cadburys flake with the white chocolate centre) they were a limited edition but god they were delicious
