To be heartbroken at yet ANOTHER fave product being discontinued?

I have just discovered Thorntons have discontinued their strawberry fondant chocolate pigs, and I am quite frankly devastated. These have been my fave little treat since I was about 12, and now they are no more!

It's the latest in a long line of favourite products being discontinued - does anyone else get unreasonably irritated by this?! I'll start a list, feel free to add to it...

• Thorntons strawberry fondant pigs (sob)
• Benefit 'So Hooked on Carmella' perfume
• Lush Aqua Mirabilis (my thighs will never be the same again)

the light blue Charlie body spray and the silver one..they smelly so good 9 I think they still sell the perfumes of them on amazon) but I want the spray.
The Body Shop tea tree concealer great concealer with the added bonus of tea tree.. I love the smell of tea tree..
flyte chocolate bars, they started selling them a few years ago and now I can't find them anywhere, they are the ones a bit like milky ways but with chocolate filling.

You can definitely still get Feast lollies yy they do still sell them but they are not the same as they used to be....

Armani have discontinued Acqua di Gio??? no I still see in it most shops.

Estée Lauder Rose Refining Mask. Really soothing. Also, can't remember the name, but a blue, mentholly scrub type mask that Clinique did. Nothing worked better for shifting blackheads!

Cafe Nero ham and egg muffins. My one childfree and no work day I'd pop up to my local Nero's after the school run, and have a huge over-syruped latte and one of those beauties and read on the squishy sofa for an hour or two. Went back after a long break due to the summer holidays and the buggers have stopped doing it. I don't want porridge or a muffin, I want a nice warm creamy mufin I don't have school runs any more so now I go later and have a bacon and brie panini but it's not the same...

Also; Vichy lemon mints. I know you can still buy them in France but that's no bloody good. I used love buying bags of them from Woolworths. Best mints ever. Any I've found here that are vaguely similar contain sorbitol which does not agree with my digestive system.

Vidal Sassoon shampoo and conditioner used to smell of marzipan. It was bloody lovely!
Also wish Jo Malone would bring back Vanilla and Anise Perfume. I get a copy from Perfume Parlour which is good but doesn't have the same staying power.

PageStillNotFound404, I thought they had stopped making Acqua di Gio for women as I couldn't find it in the shops the last couple of times I looked for it, but have just looked again and found it on Amazon. Phew!

Lemonade Sparkle ice lollies. Proper old-fashioned Rowntrees Fruit Gums, the sort that looked like little crowns with 9 points on them.

Proper dark chocolate orange with the little melty stem bit in the middle that all the slices were joined to.

Oxy Action (??) blackhead remover with the gluey gunk you coated your nose to, then the little sticky fabric strips. Best. Ever.

Lush Flower Market perfume

Joe Bloggs toiletries especially the shower gel and deodorant spray, don't think have seen it since about 1992 unfortunately

Applebite I know am a fellow fan- I am never without at least 2 tubs of it in my fridge! Its the best for chip/pizza dip, but the M&S one was EVEN better!!

Ham and cheese mini cheddars - I'm sure they had tiny bits of ham in them.

I often think of the donuts you could get in Spinks - they were raspberry jam with white icing and then a dribble of chocolate zigzagged along the top. I have never found a bakery that does them and the combination of the raspberry jam, the icing and the chocolate was just amazing.
