To be heartbroken at yet ANOTHER fave product being discontinued?

I have just discovered Thorntons have discontinued their strawberry fondant chocolate pigs, and I am quite frankly devastated. These have been my fave little treat since I was about 12, and now they are no more!

It's the latest in a long line of favourite products being discontinued - does anyone else get unreasonably irritated by this?! I'll start a list, feel free to add to it...

• Thorntons strawberry fondant pigs (sob)
• Benefit 'So Hooked on Carmella' perfume
• Lush Aqua Mirabilis (my thighs will never be the same again)

Comfort Naturals Aloe Vera fabric conditioner. No fabric conditioner smells as lovely. Discontinued about 4 years ago or more.

Oh and L'Oreal Lumicontrole hair wax,spent a small fortune trying to find similar(managed to buy 5 tubs on ebay a few years ago)...I now have a mountain of tubs of sticky goop in my bathroom cabinet!

I will NEVER get over the loss of Fox's Gypsy Cream biscuits.

C-Vit. Ribena is just not the same.

Plus I remember getting apple chips from Holland and Barratt many years ago, but they suddenly stopped doing them; can get rings but not chips.

Hampsons bakery used to do a gorgeous vegetarian sausage roll then they all shut down :(

Crabtree and Evelyn transparent soaps. There used to be full range.

Lush discontinuing Twilight shower gel broke my heart.

I am so glad someone else remembers John Frieda blonde Gloss- probably made of fibreglass but gave a lovely finish.

Vidal Sassoon shampoo and conditioner- brown bottles and a really string smell of almonds.

Ici Perfume, made by Coty, I wore it in my late teens, early twenties, was cheap and cheerful and I won't tell you how much I paid for it last year imported from the USA, Chanel would have been cheaper!
Greggs Vegetable pasties, Greggs what have you done! Where is the potato and vegetable loveliness? If I wanted a cheese pastie, I'd buy a cheese pastie?

Most recently, Bernard Matthews Turkey Steaks - you can get drummers in odd shapes, or a really thin escalope at 3x the price, but a piece of turkey in breadcrumbs? No can find.

I loved those pigs too!! The best chocolate there ever was though... Golden Cup, it really would be a dream come true if they brought that back.

My favourite perfume, Giò by Armani, also a goner

Secret bars, astros, every 90s/00s smell of impulse especially the spice girls one, spiras, Worcestershire twiglets, all day breakfast walkers, mars delights, lush godmother soap, spice curls soap... amongst other things.

Chanel stoped making my favourite lipstick about 10 years ago, it was just perfect in every way.
I haven't really worn lipstick since, I've never got over it and no matter how many I've tried, none live up to it, bastards!

and yy to mint wispa. cadbury's did bring out a bubbly bar with mint a couple of years ago (although only in selected shops iirc) which was similar but then it disappeared again. ffs

I used to get these every time my dad took me to the post office! Miss them.
