Okay, it's true, Jeff Sessions lied under oath. But let's not allow this to sully his long, distinguished record of outright racism.

Why don't the Trump aficionados and their ilk like Obama?

1-He's black
2-He's a 'socialist' (which here means he wants everyone to have healthcare and a decent standard of living)
3-He's black
4-He demanded accountability from Congress and the DC power elite
5-He's black
6-He demanded that ALL be treated equally under the law
7-Did I mention that he's black?
8-Oh, and he's a secret Muslim who was born in Kenya as part of a 'Manchurian Candidate'-type plot

Can you see now why the new regime and Trump's alt right fan base hate Obama? They love Trump because

1-He's white
2-He thinks nobody deserves a 'free ride' (nobody but his supporters that is)
3-He's white
4-He wants to remove regulations and make it a 'free for all'
5-He's white
6-He thinks that it's OK to create categories of 'others' and treat them differently
7-He's white
8-He's a 'good Christian man' who was God's choice (who has cheated on at least two of his three wives, thinks it's OK to cheat those he deals with, thinks women are purely there as sexual objects, and thinks he is 'better' than other human beings)

If I had as many full dinners as times I've heard expressions of confidence from Chairmen for STBX football managers, I'd be a dress size larger.

I've realised the difficulty in my role as a Trump watcher is that I feel physically ill when I see him on screen. Huge admiration for those who can stomach watching his speeches. You're the best. Great strength of stomach.

And no, Sessions won't resign. He'll recuse himself, but he won't resign.

Maybe someone can eventually find something he does understand well.

Grandiosity, self deusion and self promotion were the only specialisms I could think of, but its beyond debate that he excels in all three.

And still regarding the speech, did you notice that the men behind Trump seemed mostly Latino or black? I'd love to know their thoughts on this visit.
It was mostly the front rows who applauded him.

It's rather stupid of Sessions not to recuse now. It doesn't matter if he spoke or not with any Russians. He's part of an Administration that is under investigation. They should all keep away from it.
It would be a great political move if they tasked some reasonable Democrat to run it.
That would send a clear message that they weren't afraid of the investigation.
