Sick of drivers bumping their cars up onto our garden, over new year I installed big fuck off rocks and painted them white.
Apparently this is not a big enough clue that it's private property and CorsaCunt has chucked them about to do what suits HIM, leaving a sodding great hole in the grass where the rock used to sit.
Sadly I had to leave for work otherwise I would have been staking the car out to confront the tosser.
Absolutely livid!

I honestly wouldn't care tbh. It's not a garden I could find any use for or get enjoyment from - it's not fenced off so there is no privacy, and I wouldn't want my kids to play so close to cars.

If I couldn't put up a fence or plant a hedge or trees I'd wonder what the point was in owning it to begin with considering I'm powerless to do anything with it.

BirdInTheRoom · 01/03/2017 06:23

I have to say I'm inclined to agree with Showmepotstosalad The guy is clearly very unpleasant but you seem to be overinvested in this piece of land which doesn't sound like it has any real use. Yes, people shouldn't park on it, but is it really any skin off your nose if they do?

FairfaxAikman · 01/03/2017 06:29

Yes, because I have to pay to maintain and repair it so anyone who damages it costs me money

Height of rocks needs to be near bumper height. Probably not that high if you are looking at Corsas. Then driver will hesitate rather than risk getting bumper booked on rock.

I found the note quite distasteful tbh 'stevie wonder school of motoring' WTF.

However, CorsaCunt is clearly a cunt.

Have you considered glitter on the rocks OP? There is a reason posting someone a glitter bomb is seen as a negative thing Grin may I suggest an easy to pour cooking oil of some kind, and then the rock liberally dusted with glitter. (It was an accident, obviously, you dropped your oil and glitter weekly shop).

Nothing makes a cunt quite as pissed off as getting the piss taken out of him for being covered in glitter.

Dumdedumdedum · 01/03/2017 08:48

Batteriesallgone - masterstroke! Glitterrock, rather than Glamrock!

MoonfaceAndSilky · 01/03/2017 09:08

I think you should concrete the rocks in place. Failing that - do the glitter thing Grin

Trakhener · 01/03/2017 09:17

Cement this fucker in!

It's will be really very obvious to the police (should you choose to involve them) that the note is yours. This is for a number of reasons too tedious to go into.

Personally, I find that insulting people isn't the best way of getting them to do what you want. That said, I hope the police will tell you both to pack it in and leave it at that, which would at least be a result for you.

FairfaxAikman · 01/03/2017 09:59

He left the note Toad. I binned it. However I know other residents frequently leave notes, so no proof at all that that particular one was mine.

Toadinthehole · 01/03/2017 10:18

You can tell yourself so. Good luck to you.

You seem to have a very technical (although erroneous) idea of what constitutes "proof".

For both your sakes, I hope the police will simply give you both a well-deserved telling-off - him for parking badly and losing his rag, and you for sticking offensive notes to other people's property - and you both for wasting police time with juvenile squabbling.

Toadinthehole · 01/03/2017 10:21

To add that its a pity the police will have nothing to say to those on this thread who egged you on.

SoupDragon · 01/03/2017 10:23

Yeah, because leaving a note onsomeone windscreen is exactly the same as intimidating a person you perceive as more vulnerable than you.

SoupDragon · 01/03/2017 10:24

You are coming across as quite ridiculous and with a poor grasp of law.

FairfaxAikman · 01/03/2017 11:44

Spoke to the factor who says she was abused in the car park this morning by a non-resident car parker. Trying to find out if it was CorsaCunt. However apparently more "private property " sings are due to go up

Klaphat · 01/03/2017 11:52

The police are not going to tell someone off for leaving a joke certificate on someone's car. Confused

HappyFlappy · 01/03/2017 11:54

Go away Toad.

HappyFlappy · 01/03/2017 11:55

you dropped your oil and glitter weekly shop.

[batteries]

I hate it when that happens!

FairfaxAikman · 01/03/2017 15:34

Vaseline and glitter to prettify our rocks.

Also bought some bird feeders to hand in the trees - let's make the area useful as a wildlife haven.
