Apparently a man in Kansas opened fire at some men he thought were Middle Eastern, apparently yelling “get out of my country”. They were high tech engineers from India: one person killed, two people injured. But no concern from the WH that this was a terror attack (shooter was white, if you couldn't guess).

Also, someone from the White House (Pence or Priebus?) has publicly said they'll be releasing a new muslim-ban Executive Order which will have the same intent and effect as the previous one, but will get round whatever technical reasons the judges might have for halting the previous one. Since one of the ways in which the previous EO failed was... intent, by saying this, Pence/Priebus has probably shot down the subsequent EO. Which is nice.

Oh, and the Arizona senate is trying to pass a law to seize assests of people who attend or plan a demonstration where violence occurs, regardless of who did the violence (and maybe even if someone just believes violence may occur).

You know what's worse - that's missing so so much and doesn't cover anything that Angry Spice has said, KellyAnne Conway has fucked up, in depth analysis about Russia or Steve Bannon or his ongoing conflicts of interests to his businesses or Melania or Ivanka. .

It appears the authorities have already been told not to bother themselves too much about domestic violence cases, so he's effectively at least half way down the road to making it a non-crime.

I'd be curious to know where this came from. The prosecution of domestic violence is almost wholly a state matter, so there is not really much any president can do to direct local law enforcement not to enforce the laws of their state.

On the other hand, it is possible to diminish assistance to victims of domestic violence by limiting or ending federal funding to shelters and other agencies who serve victims. There will still be other sources of funding, but federal grants are really an important dimension, especially for marginalized and underserved sectors.
