To ask how much your hairdresser charges?

I'm in the market for a new hairdresser following a house move, I have a full head of highlights and a cut and blow dry, my old hairdresser used to charge £70 (Yorkshire), I've phoned a few in my new area and they're charging nearer £100. Is this normal?

Also if you live in Leeds, please recommend me your salon!

I'm in Leeds - have used Amy at ODB in Headingley for years. I only get 5 or 6 foils done around my face and she charges £2 per foil or £55 for a full head. £30 for a wash cut and finish. Can't recommend her highly enough and with a loyalty card £30 off after going 6 times.
