We've been given 4 big tubs of talc by people for when baby comes but have been told in antenatal classes not to use it for baby as it can be dangerous (if inhaled). We won't use it ourselves so just chuck it all?

Best thing for getting sand off at the beach. And I do not use it at home but find it useful when I take them swimming if they have leggins or other tighter styled clothes - you can dress them quicker and easier if they have been talced.

I'm sure it's not that great if you inhale huge quantities of it but I really can't believe it's that dangerous.

The recent research on cancer causing foods, that lists bacon, burnt food etc. is much easier to believe IMO .

There are so many people who are ill with cancer. There must be something in it.

With all due respect I think the rise in cancers is largely due to technological advances in diagnosing it.

People have always been ill and died.
