What on earth is this? (Found outside my house)

Yesterday came home to find a bit of folded-up paper wedged in a crack in the fence wall bit (pavement goes right past it). Opened it up to find 2x2p coins inside unrecognisable writing - see pic!
What is this?

With the coins its either something to do with wicca.

Dipsy, it isn't anything like what would be inside a geocache. For a start it's not a container.

Don't mean to alarm you but it looks like south East Asian black magic. I found one attached to my pear tree once. Best leave it be I suppose.

My thought was Mongolian: vertical, turned 180 degress on the photo where it's vertical. I know they were bringing back the ancient script. It looks like the same thing over and over again, so might be figure-out-able. I've got a Mongolian dictionary somewhere, including the old script, so I can give it a try (sorry it might be a while - DD's bedtime and might not have a chance until the morning, plus need to find the dictionary!).

It could have been written by someone with mental health issues.

D'you know what I find curious? There's no grammar in it. There's a couple of marks that could be accents but other that that there is nothing to show where one sentence starts and another begins. I know next to nothing about languages but it strikes me as strange.

It is written in very poor English. It is not any kind of short hand, nor is it Chinese. This I know as a fact.
On the witch craft side, copper is used because it is a very good conductor of energy. Normally used for good.
I will have another look to see if I can make out more words.

ah, couldn't see that one of the reddit threads OP had been removed, I think it shows up for me because I'm the poster. Nothing weird.

Sorry op but im sure its kids because my siblings and I used to write v similar notes to eachother & leave them dotted round the place. It wasnt a full on language or anything, a lot of it didn't make sense.

Looks a little like Georgian. Don't know what what the coins mean!!

Whatever it is, it looks like it has been written vertically upwards or downwards between the lines on the page (2p's at the bottom direction).

It isn't Pitmans' Shorthand. DC looked at it and said Aliens definitely.

It looks like it's written with an ink pen or quite blobby light blue biro as it's a bit smudged
