We sit in rows in an open plan office, every time the person behind me gets up they push their chair out and leave it in the aisle. They have been asked twice to push it under their desk when they get up but they don't.
WIBU to hide it when they're away from their desk??

I just love the idea of hiding it in the lift.

Said chair was left out in the aisle TWICE before 9am so the bike lock has been used

Genius! What happened on their return OP??

Nquartz · 23/02/2017 10:01

Colleague was suitably embarrassed & has requested a longer chain (this is only a child bind sized one) so they can still sit down when it's chained up Grin

Thats very funny. At least the chair owner took it well and in the spirit it was intended.

HellonHeels · 23/02/2017 10:17

Despite saying the right stuff the perpetrator has continued to leave said chair in the aisle.
After leaving random odds & ends in their pocket yesterday (as a punishment) and having a lengthy discussion about it this morning the perp then went to a meeting leaving it right in the way.
The chair has now been moved far away and a ransom note left.

Excellent escalation OP!

Might I suggest leaving photos of said chair in random locations around the office on the desk too?

Did you get the ransom crisps?!

xStefx · 03/03/2017 14:53

In all fairness, this person must be doing it to wind you up if they keep leaving it in the aisle after all this?
