Trampolining without fear of dribbling a bit of pee?!!?
Females only to answer (I am guessing?).
Also have you given birth?

I'm currently pregnant with DC2 and even sneezing is a risk!! Normal or do I need to increase daily pelvic floor exercises to twice daily...

I love a bit of trampolining.
2 children and some pelvic floor exercises later and I can confidently bounce without any concerns.

ShatnersBassoon · 09/02/2017 21:31

No fear of pissing myself, I'm strong as bull down there. It would be the broken limb/knee into chin and severed tongue/total lack of coordination that would stop me.

GieryFas · 09/02/2017 21:32

2 DC down and I recently bounced happily for an hour at one of those trampoline parks. Two emergency C-sections, which weren't much fun, but perhaps this is the upside?!

I don't do the exercises at all...

Raaaaaah · 09/02/2017 21:32

3 babies. Would only tentatively skip on a trampoline. Actual bouncing would cause a downpour. That's reassuring passthewineandfags. Prolapsed here too!

JudithTaverner · 09/02/2017 21:32

i can (6 children)

my knees are fucked though

ThisIsANormalLife · 09/02/2017 21:33

One uncomplicated vaginal birth. Yes, I would (and have) had a go on a trampoline. No difference that I can tell in bladder control compared to before dc, and I do p.f. exercises as often as I remember (varies widely). I'm sure you'll get the full range of responses op, if a problem persists, don't just put up with it, seek a solution.

AllTheBabies · 09/02/2017 21:34

I would. Currently pregnant with number 3. I definitely feel weaker down there than before but it's hanging in there so far.

RandomMess · 09/02/2017 21:34

4 large DC and no leaks, however I get the most awful motion sickness these days more than a few bounces and I feel green!!!

Lugeeta · 09/02/2017 21:34

I do trampolining a lot ( when the kids are at school)!! Def no leaking and I can do forward and backward flips now after tuition by the dc!

Purplebluebird · 09/02/2017 21:34

I love trampolines, lived on one during my teen years. Not sure about now after 1 baby... Not tried :P

WorraLiberty · 09/02/2017 21:34

I would (and do).

I honestly had no idea about trampolines and peeing until I saw a thread about it last year.

I must admit I always think about it now, when I'm bouncing with my nephews/nieces!

JaxingJump · 09/02/2017 21:34

I had 3 babies in 3 years. Didn't do my pelvic floor exercises and somehow, somehow I can trampoline, sneeze, run and cough without any leakage.

LoupGarou · 09/02/2017 21:34

4 stillborn DC, plus late miscarriages and missed miscarriages all birthed vaginally, plus one DS via c-section. Yep I happily would, I love trampolines Grin

HelenaJustina · 09/02/2017 21:35

4DC vaginal deliveries, would get on without fear and without leaks. Am good with my pelvic floor exercises and general tone though

ineedaholidaynow · 09/02/2017 21:35

Are we all sitting here doing pelvic floor exercises Grin

Raaaaaah · 09/02/2017 21:35

6 children and you can still bounce Judith?!? I curse my weak pelvic floor genes.

SignoraStronza · 09/02/2017 21:35

No, not pelvicly flawed - about the only toned bit of me. Grin Would swap a bit of wee escaping for my permanent overhang from cs#3 though!

pineappleeyes · 09/02/2017 21:36

Dc asked me to go on ours. I did a big pee everyone I jumped. I was quite taken aback. Got off about 6 jumps later and was wet through...had to come in and get changed before the neighbours saw!

One vaginally birth. One can section.

minesapintofwine · 09/02/2017 21:36

I would and have. I wear a panty liner constantly though. Peed myself a fair bit today whilst running Blush and the liner just absorbs it all-like a nappy Confused

Every time -I wee myself-- I thank god I wear a liner!

minesapintofwine · 09/02/2017 21:36

One c section btw no other births.

Doilooklikeatourist · 09/02/2017 21:37

I'm far too old to go on a trampoline
But I did my pelvic floor excercises to the max after both births ( and I pushed out two chubby babies ) after a lovely older midwife said ...
You don't want to be a dribbly old lady ..
😀

BillyButtfuck · 09/02/2017 21:37

I would! I'm 23 and have twins (c section but apparently carrying them alone puts great strain on things down there Blush)

Libitina · 09/02/2017 21:37

I'd do it and not pee myself. However, I'd probably end up with two black eyes instead! Grin

justdontevenfuckingstart · 09/02/2017 21:38

Loup glad you enjoy trampolines. Don't want to patronise you but xxx
