I've just received some money for my 30th and can't decide whether to use it for my first tattoo or not. Seems a bit frivolous but I've wanted one for ages - though I have 2 potential designs in mind and no idea which I'd go for if I decided to actually do it!

I also have a full sleeve on my left arm & a Japanese warrior on my right. ( can't find photos for them at the moment )

I love tattoos but have never got one because I don't think one would suit me but the watercolour ones so beautiful I may have to reconsider this! Nice tattoos, all of them thanks for sharing

Planning a large shoulder / upper arm / top of back piece to celebrate my new son and commemorate my recently lost mum.

I've name changed.

This is a relative's. Edinburgh and the Scott Monument has a family connection, but she's a fan of that style of architecture, anyway.

This is my only one, I'm hoping to get a dove underneath it.
I love the origami one.

Mine's utterly shite. It was the first thing I did when I turned 18 and it wasn't the best design, plus I went to a crap "artist" so it was a bit wonky and blurry even when it was new. I didn't regret it because it just reminded me of being young and a bit reckless and whatnot. But it's on my hip and now I've had children it's a total mess and all stretched out of shape. I'm planning a tummy tuck which will probably see most of it chopped off and I want to get a better one in its place. I like the mandala designs in black and grey.

I would never have a tattoo but I love them, I find them very attractive on men if done well. My favourites on this thread so far are Baby's lion one, Fishandthechips clock/butterfly and Beyond's Pheonix one. Amazing skills by tattoo artists.

and some more watercolour ones up there are also beautiful, I've not seen that style before, it's lovely.

Mine is teeny tiny.

This is the last one I had done. I've been planning my next one since the day I had it done. I'll get round to getting it at some point - when I find someone to do it - I want a jellyfish next.
