Traditional Orthodox women would wear long skirts, long sleeves etc and wigs to cover their hair, much like some Muslim cover themselves
However, there are many women who consider themselves religious but don't follow such a restrictive dress code. Many differences between Orthodox Jew, Modern Orthodox and Reform Jews.
"Treyfe" means non kosher. Strictly, means not using same utensils for milk and meat, using different crockery. It goes further than just not eating pork and shellfish. But again, different people have different interpretations of the same "laws" but both would/could consider themselves religious.
