Parenting tips that aren't shit

Hi all, Im loving the household tips that aren't shit thread, so here's a spin off. I'm desperate for parenting tips.
I have 2 teen boys doing GCSE's and 3 girls 4yrs, 22 months and 8 months. I'm being pulled all over the place, helping with algebra while changing nappies and doing finger painting.
At the moment I'm relying heavily on the iPad. Leaving the house seems so hard, we live in the country, can't walk anywhere and trying to defrost the car with the little ones seems so hard. The boys take the bus to school.
dd1 will be starting school in Sept and I'm dreading the school run.
Any tips appreciated, thanks.

Sanitary towel cut in half makes a quick alternative to breast pads if you have run out.

Put sunblock next to toothpaste so you always remember to apply

When you are cooing at the new baby talk about the older child. So instead of saying " what a lovely baby you are," you say "what a lovely big brother you have". The baby won't mind but the older child will understand the words and it's a way of giving a bit more attention to the older child when you're most stretched.

Days and nights of half term Muu-uum-I'm-bo-ored? Organise one sleepover at yours. Take the hit. Then send the kids off on reciprocal sleepovers. One night of chaos, one night out for the parents and entertainment for 4 days sorted.
