To think Paperchase have lost their minds over cock and anal cards

Paperchase have a series of Valentine's cards with such witty captions as "I love your big cock" and "nothing says I love you like anal".

As a high street chain hugely popular with young people, I'd kind of expect them to understand some boundaries about graphic and sexually explicit language.

They're brazening it out on Twitter, claiming their minuscule disclaimer about the cards being rude is absolutely adequate.

Grim.

12 year olds in the shop would probably find them hilarious, because they're so rude. But, they're really crap.

'Want me off before you go go' is funny, and obv a joke.
There is a difference between being a prude and having some politics.

Sorry I haven't read the full thread but I know some of the worst cards have been removed. However I walked past the Leeds store yesterday and it has huge posters in the window saying 'Lick me until icescream' Must admit it took me a minute to figure it out but I think it's pretty vulgar advertising. Puts me right off paperchase and I'm glad I didn't have any kids with me to explain to!
