niceglassofdrywhitewine · 16/01/2017 17:30

On mainstream TV at least once a month. Lots of videos of me on YouTube. But not a household name. Yet. Grin

Housemum · 16/01/2017 17:34

I'm on telly every year - only because I was a Crystal Maze contestant in the early 90s and Challenge TV keeps re-showing it.

DD2 was considered famous at infant school by her classmates as her pic was on buses and supermarket trolllies sneezing as the face of swine flu!

DD3 was one of the babies on the SMA packaging until they changed it (much to the disgust of my lactivist friends)

niceglassofdrywhitewine · 16/01/2017 17:36

Re Dean Gaffney. He goes trawling on FB. I had a generic "you're so gawjus" sleazy PM out of the blue from him once.

Considering what I am well-known in my field for, it's more than a bit hilarious. Grin

Rachie1986 · 16/01/2017 17:37

But hold on (and not RTFT btw so probably already been mentioned) but everyone could just say they are famous if they're not?

I'm not.

Or am I?

Wanders off...

BriefExclamations · 16/01/2017 17:41

Lol, some of these famous names aren't actually very famous are they 😂

Teresa64863 · 16/01/2017 17:41

I am not but I thought I should eliminate myself from your enquiries.

spiderlight · 16/01/2017 17:41

I've been on the news.

Yamadori · 16/01/2017 17:47

I'm not famous, but my friend is...

brasty · 16/01/2017 17:52

No I am not famous, but I do get requests for interviews from obscure journals. Got one passed to me yesterday saying - my dream is to interview Brasty, do you know how I get in touch with her.

erchissick · 16/01/2017 17:54

Working on it.

Seriously.

strawberrisc · 16/01/2017 17:55

Sort of...I'm morphing into Bella Emberg!

aifai · 16/01/2017 17:55

I'm Michelle Obama

Ihavemyupsanddowns · 16/01/2017 17:55

Ish. But how can you tell whose kidding... 20 questions?

Postchildrenpregranny · 16/01/2017 18:01

lovelyredshoes · 16/01/2017 18:03

Yes, in my profession which involves a stage, but not mainstream TV :-)

Thirtymummy · 16/01/2017 18:04

Yes

lovelyredshoes · 16/01/2017 18:06

I'm convinced Davina is on here somewhere....

SaturnBelt · 16/01/2017 18:08

L1lley OMG ! Are you Chris Lilley? I LOVE YOU!

Katherine2626 · 16/01/2017 18:19

I worked with someone who had Mick Jagger step on his foot - does that count?

GimmeeMoore · 16/01/2017 18:23

Kinda wondering what purpose of thread is,let's face it can't corroborate the veracity of claims
And I really don't think anyone genuinely famous is going to reveal themselves

OnePlanOnHouzz · 16/01/2017 18:23

I was on a flight back from Spain and had done some work and then was doing some Houzzing ( answering design dilemmas on Houzz) when the lady and her husband next to me said "omg Are you actually OnePlan ??" She'd been watching me do a drawing earlier ! Then realised who I was as my name and logo comes up when I was typing ... We ended up discussing her bungalow renovation !
So no - I'm Not really famous obviously... but I giggled at feeling it, for the duration of my flight !

Roseandbee · 16/01/2017 18:29

I'm the only real famous person here!

hmm i don't reckon anyone would admit it unless they are not that famous?

NotShittingYou · 16/01/2017 18:31

I'm not famous.

But I share a name with someone very UK famous and almost universally hated.

On the plus side I am totally ungoogleable. One the minus side I have to use maiden name when making bookings / buying stuff over the phone or online.

10 points for a correct guess! Grin

Alleycat1 · 16/01/2017 18:33

No, but my step-daughter is.
