BeAlert-I have the same view of Mumsnet and it has really put me off. Anti-Americanism is rife on here, but there is intense denial of it. It's too bad, because there is tons of good stuff on here as well.

Another Brit living in the USA and I am very saddened by the casual and sweeping prejudice against Americans on this site. So much of it comes from ignorance I think.

Non Brit not in the U.K. but lived in England for some years and considered it my home for a while. So now I am homesick and come here. I'm not even a mum yet.
