Frequent poster, name changed for this.
Need some advice, DH saying A&E but I don't want to be seen as a time waster.

Currently suffering from sever lower abdominal pains, passed out twice from the pain. Have just started bleeding fairly heavily but have already had period this month. Can't think straight because of pain. Just really worried because can't put it down to period pains as that happend last week. Any advise would be great, what
Would you do?

Pixies scary stuff.

Italiangreyhound · 08/01/2017 13:05

OP how are things going?

thisusernameisnotavailable · 08/01/2017 14:12

Has OP not posted since Kat night? Scrolled through but can't see anything. Very worrying thinking back to a similar post just a few week back

MrsSchadenfreude · 08/01/2017 14:14

What was the similar post?

Hopefully the OP has been admitted/is being seen to.

WankingMonkey · 08/01/2017 14:44

My father drove himself to hospital and when he got there he was told he was having a heart attack.

I managed to text my mother whilst I was dying. Literally had emergency surgery 5 mins later.

So yeah...the 'well enough to type' thing is bollocks.

I think the post where the poster had sepsis, MrsSchadenfreude

She was incredibly lucky that the posters on there told her to phone 999 rather than assumed she was fine because she started a thread and was posting on it.

Bluetrews25 · 08/01/2017 16:23

Hope you are ok, OP
My first thought was 'ectopic', but would love to be wrong.

Hi all. Thank you all for your kind messages. On the mend now. Got rushed through at A and E as soon as I spoke to reception. Sat on a trolley and the rest is all a blur. Had emergency surgery because of a ruptured tube due to an eptopic pregnancy. Still a bit overwhelmed by it all and in pain.

Thank you to (almost!) all of you who encouraged me to go, scary to think what could have happened if I didn't

Glad you are ok. I had a feeling when I read your post it was an ectopic (been through it twice) It may start to hit you harder once the shock has worn off. The Ectopic Pregnancy Trust has a great message board and a fantastic helpline if you want to speak to someone. Take very good care of yourself Flowers
