AIBU to ask you to give me your most outrageously posh names for my....... bunnies. We have rescued 2 and one is already called Dave. Would like to give the other something splendid to make up for all the years he has been nameless...! If you give me many spiffing names I may even re name Dave. Thanks!

I once knew a very posh "Badger" -would be a slightly unusual name for a rabbit though!!

The poshest person I ever met was called Jonty. I think it was short for something even posher but I can't remember (I was a bit tipsy and I'm not very posh).
I love St John and Orlando.

ImNotReallyReal · 27/12/2016 22:46

DH had a goldfish called Tarquin when he was little.

I had a teddy called Ragamathis (sp?) which was named by a Red Coat at Butlins when I was around three in 1976.

The Red Coat said she was studying Classics at Cambridge and gave me a name as an idea. If anyone can work out what the real name was I'd love to know? I've never found anything remotely close and my parents insist it was Ragamathis. I think my mam was thinking Johnny Mathis?

DP is Crispian double-barrelled. But he's not even slightly posh. And goes by Cris.

Much teasing from this thread.
