To ask how often you do 'it' if married with kids?

Just that.

DH and I are pretty lazy in this respect nowadays. Just wondered what other people's 'normal' is?

Haven't done it in months as we've had bad luck on the health front and have been prevented. Usually once a month. Neither of us have ever had a huge need though.

About 3 times a day when he's here so it's condensed - we have 6 kids the youngest is 8 Grin

Some weeks 4-5 times, some only once or twice.

Three kids, youngest often cosleeps so we tend to do it when we can.

Probably once a week mutual fumbling. Seems to scratch an itch without excerting ourselves.

Pretty much every day, or we skip a day if one or both of us are ill. We regularly do it twice in a night at the weekend.

We've only been together four years though Grin

Twice a week is about average - sometimes three or four times, very rarely less than once. Sometimes we go through phases where it's daily. We've been together for 14 years, DD is 19 but still lives at home. Apart from the first year or two when it was 7+ times a week, it's always been about the same.

About once every week or two (although had a colposcopy recently so not for a while after that). We have a 4yo and I cosleep with our 4 month old so it's more a problem of logistics than anything! Hoping to get 4mo into the cot in the nearish future and then it'll probably be a bit more often. Not that much though - am v tired!

Probably once a week and that's us being randy Grin I'm pregnant so always horny at the moment, annoying when I have a huge bump in the way! We've always been low quantity but high quality and are constantly cuddling inbetween. Doesn't help being in a one bed flat with a toddler. I think every couple has their own normal.. as long as both people are okay with it then it's all good.

Well I am married so I can answer, I have no sex with my husband (seperated) However pretty much every day with my boyfriend, sometimes twice a day sometimes (rarely) none but most days.

3 or 4 times a week on average. Our room isn't on the same floor as kids rooms so we feel quite comfortable that we won't disturb them. And if we do? They're 18 and 13 so they know what sex is...

Not married but we have a 1 year old. Manage on average 1-2 a week (about 6-8 a month). Feel a bit sad writing that down, used to be so often that I couldn't count! We managed twice in one day the other week though, that felt like 'the old days' Grin. My biggest issue is my periods have been all over the place since returning, it's messing with my libido Xmas Sad.

Can I ask those of you who have a 'fumble' in between times, do you just sort of plan in advance that it won't go on to full sex? I would love us to touch each other a bit more. I am ridiculously horny a lot of the time but TBH can't be arsed all the time for full sex. Would love to just have a quick fumble type thing but it always seems to be all or nothing!

It wasn't meant to be exclusive in that sense, no, It's merely a reflection of my personal circumstance, which I was seeking like-for-like comparisons of. Seems however that we're not very like-for-like other 'married with kids' anyway judging by all these 3/4/5-times-a-weekers........ Xmas Shock

2-3 times a month. Since I have been on maternity leave we have been fitting it in when the 3year old is at nursery in the afternoons! Wink
