Festive door bows. Yes or no?

These are tremendously popular round my way. AIBU to think they look a bit shit? Your door doesn't look like a wrapped present. It looks like it's got some cheap fabric pulled over it. And lord knows how manky it'll be by Christmas since most of them have been up since mid November. And the ones I've seen selling on Facebook look so overpriced for what they are.

I'm feeling really left out. My bit of Essex doesn't have any at all.

Don't like wreaths either, as someone else said they are for funerals.

Lots of tacky twinkly lights in multicolor though. That will do me.

No objection to wreaths but the big bow things are just a bit crap.

Has anyone seen the ribbon wreaths that are in a similar vein?

There is one on our road that is black and grey with what I can only describe as little silver strings hanging off it. I thought they had a bin bag stuck on their knocker. Not a good look...

No Worst just normal cars. I think they looked weird because of the hearse association though. I did a few double takes.

Like this but sadder because they were smaller cars and the wreaths did sit happily on the front because of the angles.
