To be gutted that the Lindt truffle in my advent calendar this morning was COCONUT flavour

What a horrible start to the day. Why? Why does coconut have to exist as a flavour? Why, Lindt, why? An advent calendar might not be exactly religious, but it's not supposed to be evil. Coconut is only surpassed in its sheer hideousness by the outrage that is coffee.

Which is why any tub of "celebrations" or "roses" will inevitably end up lined with bounties and coffee cremes (coffee crimes more like) when all the tasty treats have been scoffed.

AIBU to have set the Lindor factory on fire and sued them for millions for GBH and emotional distress* ? AIBU to think that coconut and coffee flavoured chocolates should be illegal?

YABU. Coconut chocolate is the food of the gods and you are just plain weird for not liking it.

With you on the coffee though, nothing worse than accidentally picking one, being unable to spit it out because Great Aunt Sophia is there and then having to drink a bottle of wine to get rid of the taste...

I didn't get an advent calendar but I did treat myself to the Asda 3 for £10 offer and got coconut lindt, another lindt that I can't remember and green & blacks mini bars, to ensure that I got exactly the chocolates that I wanted and not someone elses horrible choices best guess.

I have eaten all the Lindt coconut ones already.

My Lindt calendar doesn't have flavours :( I feel left out.

Coconut Lindt fans - they have them in Asda, 3 boxes for £10 (other types of Lindt are available and loads of other chocolate boxes too).

So instead of 24 Lindt in random flavours, some of which will be not nice, you could get probably twice as many chocolates for the same money, providing that you can manage without the fun of an advent calendar, obviously.

Have just opened door 2. No coconut in sight. This leads me to believe that the OP is some kind of advent calendar troll coming on here, stirring up trouble, trying to kick off a bun fight. Or could just have a different advent calendar

Nooooooo!!! Mine was def coconut, I checked carefully to be sure it wasn't the delicious milk and white truffle hiding.
