This is so ridiculous, many of them look around 25.

Over 4 Grin.

Over 4 thousand I meant

Wookiecookies · 18/10/2016 16:43

I know Giles, it's infuriating! Fuck it, if someone wamts to play the racist/bigot card with me, then fine, let them, I know the truth, either way, this is a total joke

Gileswithachainsaw · 18/10/2016 16:47

These are the same people who get annoyed at over 5s being in the 5 and under section of the soft play Hmm

Wookiecookies · 18/10/2016 16:49

Haha, giles, well, it should be interesting when one of their precious snowflakes wants to bring home a new 'kid' from school for a sleepover.

Gileswithachainsaw · 18/10/2016 16:51

I shouldn't laugh....

But the picture I just got in my head then...

justgivemeamo · 18/10/2016 16:59

People more worried about the Calais jungle than the millions of refugees in camps across the middle east and Africa frighten me

I couldnt agree more, its hideous, as someone mentioned back thread - lets get all the homeless from UK in one place and see how these people react then?

There is a lack of understanding over the brutal and cut throat - survival of the fittest - this has created.

As this stand people can 'queue' jump by trying to enter a country illegally leaving the most vulnerable in refugee camps in dangerous areas. That's where all the young children and girls are

Yes I agree. Awful.

justgivemeamo · 18/10/2016 17:00

well, it should be interesting when one of their precious snowflakes wants to bring home a new 'kid' from school for a sleepover

indeed

SleepFreeZone · 18/10/2016 17:02

Yep!

FrenchJunebug · 18/10/2016 17:05

jinglebell with this that's all very well but these men will be put in to schools where there are vunerable young girls - add to that a culture clash and it's bad news are you suggesting that refugees are molester.

I am aghast by most comments. How would you or your kid look after traveling thousand of kilometers in dangerous territories, leaving your family and home behind?!

Haunter · 18/10/2016 17:09

Which dangerous territories would that be? Italy? Austria? Germany? France? Because I don't think many got to Calais on an easy jet flight.

WaitroseCoffeeCostaCup · 18/10/2016 17:11

Wow all these experts telling all of us people that are frequently at the camp helping and seeing first hand what is what...it's amazing!
As for let's help our homeless first, I volunteer frequently-I don't limit compassion to one type of person, or race, or situation...why would anyone do that?

Wookiecookies · 18/10/2016 17:12

Oh French come on, thats ridiculous! Sallow, tired, malnourished etc are all to be expected and a child would look visibly worn down and traumatised. But to defy biology and present as a grown man in late twenties-mid thirties (when claiming to be 13-17) as a result of the effects of war? Thats a big stretch isnt it?

Bitofacow · 18/10/2016 17:16

French I am reading with increasing horror. I feel it is best to stop engaging. It will be interesting to see how low this thread can go.

Yes, I wonder can anyone top you laughing at the possibility of women and girls being raped for crassness.

Asian 6th formers - beards and clearly becoming men but still youthful physical features]]

Probably more or less telling the truth, youthful face, even if he's 18 or 19 I don't think many would begrudge him stretching the truth a bit

A GROWN-ASS MAN ARE PEOPLE HERE FOR REAL??

Wookiecookies · 18/10/2016 17:36

I thought I had seen some crazy MN 'right on' thinking, but some of the posters here take the utter Biscuit

I doubt it can go any lower than where you and others like you took it but hey how were you not off playing Chess?

yesterdaysunshine · 18/10/2016 17:55

I think that the far right play their own game at dehumanising migrants.

However, and interestingly the same is happening in reverse here. It's dehumanising to reduce these men (they are) to the status of children and to assume they are helpless, pathetic and in need of the ever loving arms of the United Kingdom.

Astley · 18/10/2016 17:57

I really think the idea of the fully grown man with the grey hoody with hood up being a child suggests to me that someone making the decisions doesn't give a shit. I actually think it would be frightening for very young teenagers to have a man like in their class. Can you imagine a child who has suffered abuse having to sit next to, or do PE with a fully grown man who is allowed to get a lot closer to them than an actually vetted teacher can?

Nothing will happen until there is an attack like in Sweden and then people will see they've been taken for a ride.

Wookiecookies · 18/10/2016 17:57

Well said yesterday.

Me2017 · 18/10/2016 17:58

It should be pretty easy to check. First of all we can do DNA tests to confirm if they are the relative of the person they say and secondly there is very sophisticated software and tests you can do to check age. We must do that on all of them as there have been countless examples of "children" abroad particularly in places like Sweden later found to be lying adults.

RhodaBull · 18/10/2016 18:02

That 14-year-old bloke!

If it wasn't so awful it'd be hilarious.

Garthmarenghi · 18/10/2016 18:25

Would be interesting to know how many of these 'children' are married with children of their own.

RhodaBull · 18/10/2016 18:35

I'm not suggesting that all of these men are sexual predators by any means, but common sense dictates that putting adult men from a different culture in a class of young girls - if they are believed to be teenagers then they will have to attend school - will likely lead to trouble in some cases. And the girls who will most likely to be affected will be the ones who, as was the case in Rotherham, are vulnerable and susceptible to inappropriate attentions.

justgivemeamo · 18/10/2016 18:41

Can you imagine a child who has suffered abuse having to sit next to, or do PE with a fully grown man who is allowed to get a lot closer to them than an actually vetted teacher can?

If we cannot verify who these child men are - how do we know one of them isnt ISIS? Its something that has to be considered.

If it wasn't so awful it'd be hilarious I am staggered seeing that picture, staggered.
