Mine's the bloody "In The Night Garden" intro. Every bloody night.

I cry at so much since having DS six months go.
Including but not limited to:
Brass bands at Christmas
The Pampers ad for newborn nappies.
A dance song called something like March of the Elephants came on the radio when I was nine months pregnant taking DH to work and I cried for a solid five mins. I just imagined baby elephants for some reason.
The Olympics this summer
The Paralympics this summer
London 2012 opening ceremony
I cried singing to DS in hospital. (Jesus the Mexican Boy, funny choice!)

Quite a lot of the stuff already mentioned, we are a silly bunch aren't we!

kensausage13 · 29/09/2016 19:35

Another one for Bagpipes here...every time

Champagneformyrealfriends · 29/09/2016 19:37

Ohwool DD is 6 months old too-maybe it's a post pregnancy thing Grin
I've been rewatching dinnerladies on Gold and not only do I cry at a lot of what happens, I only have to remember that VW is no longer with us and I sob at the loss of such a star.

The Last Post. Makes me think of all the men who have given their lives for us.

froubylou · 29/09/2016 19:40

game shows. When someone does really well. Has me in bits.

PeggyMitchell123 · 29/09/2016 19:41

Have yourself a merry little Christmas

Just the line we all will be together, makes me think of family members no longer here. Last year my niece died 3 weeks before Christmas, heard the song 2 days later and sobbed my heart out.

Also the beginning of Up

dudsville · 29/09/2016 19:41

Honestly? I cry a little bit every day. I am easily moved. I feel age and experience has allowed me to be moved, shed a little tear and move on without losing the plot entirely and in happy with this!

My baby when she laughs really hard. I can't help it, I'm tearing up just thinking about it.

Ineedmorelemonpledge · 29/09/2016 19:46

This song Tierney Terrace by Loyle Carter.

When I first heard it I sobbed. The lad has such pain in his voice...

Oysterbabe · 29/09/2016 19:50

Oh and I used to watch Meerkat Manor and when Flowers Whiskers got bitten by the snake and died I properly sobbed for absolutely ages and even now it makes me feel very very sad.

blondieblondie · 29/09/2016 19:58

I've cried at literally about 95% of the things mentioned. Including the Lion King Cast coming down the aisles, when I was 20 and not the emtional wreck I've become since having DS. The S Club 7 song was done at my sons leavers service, so that's a definite possibility now too. Im pathetic and proud.

DontFuckingSayIt · 29/09/2016 19:58

I cry every time I take my DD to the doctor. No idea why, she's my only child and she's never been seriously ill. A bit embarrassing sometimes, last time she only had a sore throat!

JayZed · 29/09/2016 20:00

@oysterbabe I cried so much at that episode I almost threw up Blush and the episode her little disabled pup couldn't keep up so they just slowly walked away from it Sad

blondieblondie · 29/09/2016 20:00

Someone said fire evacuations and I did that yesterday! I'm part of the evac team and I could feel myself wobble when one of our special needs wheelchair users was getting anxious about what was happening Sad

MyNameIsPenny · 29/09/2016 20:02

This thread has made me cry.

The tribute episode in glee broke me.

Nature programmes.

Rollonbedtime7pm · 29/09/2016 20:08

We've got a board book about a baby penguin and how everything is big and he is small. The end goes "I may be small but I can see, the biggest thing to you is me!" with a pic of him and his mummy Sad

Have to do a great big swallow when I read that bit to the kids!

Rollonbedtime7pm · 29/09/2016 20:09

Gah - filled up reading my post back!

bruffin · 29/09/2016 20:16

The last thing that made me cry was on holiday last month.
In Vegas standing by Belaggio Fountains which go off to music every half hour. They played Luck Be a Lady by Frank Sinatra, which was one of my mums favorite songs and she loved Frank Sinatra as well.
My mum would have adored the Fountains but shed died 2 years ago which paid for this holiday.
I sometimes cry at the theatre as the orchestra starts and curtains open.
As for Glee it was Puck and Shannon singing Mean

EverySongbirdSays · 29/09/2016 20:17

Oh I know.

When I watched Adele sing Someone like you at the Brits.

But also, I heard this song on a random Spotify playlist and burst into tears. I still don't know why. Seven Words by Weyes Blood.

derxa · 29/09/2016 20:18

bagpipes every fucking time

pilou · 29/09/2016 20:19

Chelsea pensioners

ElsaMars · 29/09/2016 20:21

My 3 year old DD got a bit sad watching The Rescuers the other day, the bit where Penny the little girl is all alone and the mouse is singing about being brave. Her lip was wobbling and she was rubbing her eyes. I asked her if she was OK but I could barely get my words out through the lump in my throat and then I had to go in the kitchen to cry!
