Milk- sorry but I fail to see how a 21 year old knowingly in a relationship with a 15 year old is "pure gold". It is sad that he passed away but I think you romanticising the situation. It is highly unlikely everything would have been perfect if only your friends hadn't intervened.

Nothing as good as any of these, but I'm tentatively starting a relationship with a colleague, we're both single but no one has any clue what's going on and we want to keep it that way.

Colleague A is shagging colleague B. Both are in LTRs, Colleague C had an affair with colleague D, they shagged on the office desk during work hours where they could have been easily spotted. Colleague D's wife found out and D told half truths to cover his arse.

A married to B for 25+ years with grown up children. A is a church minister and well respected member of their community. It all comes out that A has been having a year long (maybe even longer) relationship with C, a married member of the congregation.

C has a baby within a year of the relationship. We still don't know for sure who the father is.

No idea how A & B's marriage survived and why they stayed local to the area. A obviously lost his job, they had to move house, and church etc.

Even now a long time has passed and all has been forgiven, B seems so quiet and introverted even now. She didn't used to be like that. It makes me sad that she stayed with him and didn't walk away. But what do I know, behind closed doors & all that...

I used to think that my dad, a vicar, was having an affair with a woman from his congregation. He was on the phone to her for hours when mum worked nights which seemed a bit odd.

No snagging about my workplace, its pretty much all little old ladies, rather dull on that sense.

My cousin found out she is only here by chance/ fate.

Her mother in law's hobby is doing people's family trees and she did hers.

Turns out my cousin's Gran (not my relative.. it was other gran that cousin and I shared) and one of her siblings was lucky to be here. Her Gran's mum was a single mum who couldn't cope and murdered about seven of her children by slitting their throats. Only two were untouched.
My cousin's mum (my aunt by marriage) knew nothing about it. My cousin reckons that her gran (the only surviving daughter, who would have been placed into care) also had known nothing about it when she was alive.
It was a very, very long time ago but a v high profile murder case at the time , headline news

A married NHS consultant I know is having an affair with a research nurse he works with. I saw them canoodling in another city where I imagine they thought they would be unknown.

When I see them they can't help but mention each other and talk about each other in glowing terms so I think they live each other but he is from a different cultural background where divorce is a bit no no.

It's a bit sad really.

My local David Lloyd's, where my family and lots of other families I knew were members, had a hoo-ha a few years back.

It transpired that a few of the posh, married mums were shagging the same tennis coach and they all found out about each other. It wasn't pretty.

"He was always going to be a disaster." I could really do with borrowing your amazing crystal ball. Your friends could have been the one to help him sort his life much earlier. I think what you did is pretty appalling. You are still controlling by the sounds of it.

How thrilling, RockyBird Grin. Maybe that's why the girlfriend of the local tennis coach insists on picking him up after the kiddie lessons.

Friend A considers Friend B to be his best mate.

Only me and 1 other friend know that Friend B shagged Friend's A's wife (now ex wife), apparently it was one very drunken mistake. Friend A would be devastated if he knew.

Was it the club near a city that supports "The Saints" and was that coach from an eastern-european country?

Report
RockyBird · 29/09/2016 13:26

No, a bit further north. I don't know where the coach is from, but who says he hasn't worked more than one club Grin?

A parent at DC's school is a past contestant on GBBO. They didn't do very well but you'd think they'd won, the amount they bang on about it.

This parent no longer speaks to me after the last summer fete when my contributions to the cake stall sold out before theirs and my DC beat theirs in the best cake competition.

DH thinks the whole thing is piss funny. So do I Grin

Not real names:

Jenny and Dave were going out.
Dave's best friend is Ben.
Dave and Ben like doing girls together.
Dave gets Jenny involved with Ben and they have a threesome a couple of times.
Jenny decides she prefers Ben and they start going out, and stop having sex with Dave.
Jenny and Ben marry. Dave falls out with Jenny and Ben but still part of the wider group together.
Dave starts going out with another girl, Laura. They get married.

Laura doesn't know how Ben and Jenny met or why Dave fell out with Ben and Jenny..::

SIL is sleeping with her new best friends boyfriend. She even went on holiday with the best friend after sleeping with him and listened to girlfriend say there was something up with him cos he wasn't texting her back. Yes, he was too busy texting SIL. She has form for this and is a total cow. I would love to drop her in it but I think I'm the only one who knows and she would go crazy!

So colleague A's wife ran off with another woman, she hires solicitor B to divorce him. As soon as the divorce is final B's husband runs off with another man. A and B get together until A starts shagging C who is "the love of his life."

A dumps B and runs off to declare his undying love for C only to be told that she didn't want a relationship with him , she's happily married and does the extra marital sex thing with married men so now he's single it's over.

B has taken him back.
