To think this drawing (that my son drew) is bloody good for his age!?

How old would you think he was? Smile

It's a bit awkward if I'm just being over proud Grin

Anyway, I'm very chuffed!

Waterlipe · 20/09/2016 21:40

SolomanDaisy · 20/09/2016 21:41

7? It's way better than my 5 year old's drawings.

RhinestoneCowgirl · 20/09/2016 21:41

Buzz Lightyear?

mycatstares · 20/09/2016 21:41

Buzz lightyear isn't it? You have a very clever little boy!

HeartsTrumpDiamonds · 20/09/2016 21:41

I bet your son's a cutie.

Is that Buzz Lightyear?

SaggyNaggy · 20/09/2016 21:42

He stays in the lines better than I do and I'm 37 in a fortnight.

That's both really great for him and really... Really sad for me... :(

LexieSinclair · 20/09/2016 21:42

Bless him, it's really good. Better than my 6yo's efforts.

Waterlipe · 20/09/2016 21:42

Yes, it's Buzz!

Oh, he's very cute Grin he was holding it up, but had to crop him out Sad for obvious reasons.

Love it

AyeAmarok · 20/09/2016 21:44

That's a great drawing!

Grin @ Saggy,

FunnysInLaJardin · 20/09/2016 21:45

Excellent drawing Grin

Although both DS's are good artists and did the same at that age, sorry Smile

Now I feel showy offy, but really the one thing both my kids can do is draw!

HorridHenrietta2 · 20/09/2016 21:45

Adorable picture, I love kids drawings. He's very clever, my four years old draws potatoes with arms Confused

LeonardInTheArgosBag · 20/09/2016 21:45

It's great! Mine turned five in June, and isn't anywhere near this good. (sorry, DD!)

Waterlipe · 20/09/2016 21:47

Bless you Saggy, I'm the same!

Oh, don't feel showy offy, we all love to share what our kids are good at.

None of us can draw, he's either going to stop getting any better or be the odd one out Grin

Was going to say 4-5 and v talented with it. Very advanced preschematic stage, great proportions. Encourage/show him to do even more details, background, some furniture etc for Buzz, or perhaps a party going on around him!

I would have said 6-7 based on the boys in my Y1 class - that's excellent OP!

RaggyDoll1 · 20/09/2016 21:48

its lovely make sure you keep it safe, I've kept my boys drawings and now they are teens!

Cluesue · 20/09/2016 21:48

That's fab.

mogloveseggs · 20/09/2016 21:49

That's brilliant!!

BigDamnHero · 20/09/2016 21:51

My four year old manages vaguely oval shaped 'people' with a line (sometimes not even inside the oval) for a mouth and two dots (not necessarily above the mouth) for eyes.

So, from my perspective your son is practically Van Gogh!
