sorry to seem slow but there are all kinds of situations where Maui is the answer and I have never seen any suggestion why!

OP posts:
FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 19:00

And where are the 'Wolefs' these days?!

PotteringAlong · 14/09/2016 19:00

I know this was mentioned on page 2 but I didn't realise that Maui girl and cracker lady were the same person! This is like that thread which asks which 2 characters you cannot believe were played by the same person!

newshmoo74 · 14/09/2016 19:37

I'm glad somebody's remembered Sharon. Wasn't she the one whose husband t-rexed in asda? I remember crying with laughter.

OlennasWimple · 14/09/2016 19:39

Sharon was the person who should have cleared up the red wine that made a stain when it was thrown on a wall to get rid of a wasp (or something along those lines)

originalmavis · 14/09/2016 19:42

Did it get rid of the wasp though?

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 19:42

No, Sharon was the 'OW' who the T-Rexing DH was supposed to be having a fling with, according to the OP (T-Rexer's DW)!

originalmavis · 14/09/2016 19:43

Whose got the spreadsheet? I can't keep up here.

ShiroiKoibito · 14/09/2016 19:47

we definitely definitely definitely need a troll board, lock them down and put them there for eternity

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 19:52

T-Rexing in the supermarket, I think Sharon features somewhere in the thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1498923-Shouting-at-me-in-the-supermarket Grin

PikachuSayBoo · 14/09/2016 19:52

She had a business where she dressed up as Princess Anna and sang at kids' parties....

I read that as dressing up as Princess Anne and singing at kids parties. Was a bit suprised there was a demand for that!

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 19:54

Ah, I apologise. Although Sharon does feature in that thread ^^ T-Rex. She first made her appearance in the wasp/red wine on the carpet thread!

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 19:57

Wasp/red wine/Sharon thread www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1212449-dh-threw-wine-at-the-wall.

PeppaPigTastesLikeBacon · 14/09/2016 19:58

Where is the wedding OP Brilliant trolling of a troll Grin

Also the deletion message (which someone has mentioned) because Maui.

I smiled when I read the title to this thread.

I didn't read the cancel the cheque one as it had already gone bonkers when I visited between sleep and looking after a newborn DD

JeepersMcoy · 14/09/2016 20:03

I think when there is a really good troll thread mnhq should hold a vote on whether we should keep it open or not. Some of them are like interactive soap opera. Grin

JeepersMcoy · 14/09/2016 20:04

We could have a special topic they get moved to called 'Under the bridge'

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 20:16

But not all of them were out-&-out-trolls. TONGA lady was clearly quite genuine, she just didn't 'get' MN. And some of the others were just delightfully bonkers!

What about the 'fumming' OP?! It appears she was genuine, but just didn't 'get' that she was B totally U!

rollonthesummer · 14/09/2016 20:19

I had forgotten 'fumming'!! Was that thread deleted?

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 20:20

No, here it is www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1855699-To-speak-to-the-school Grin

rollonthesummer · 14/09/2016 20:39

I thought the 'fumming' post was where the OP's parents had taken her children away camping and got their new (white?!) trousers dirty just before she was taking them on holiday?! Maybe there was more than one Grin

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 20:44

No, I think the original 'fumming' thread (as above) was where the OP was livid that her DS had been excluded from his school's Nativity play - despite the fact she'd already told the school that she didn't want him involved in any religious activities because she didn't "believe in god and all that shit". She didn't seem to understand that a Nativity play is, erm, religious!

Queenbean · 14/09/2016 20:47

Can we talk about the hamwidge?

Bread
Ham
Bread

FruVikingessOla · 14/09/2016 20:57

Hamwidge is still here too www.mumsnet.com/Talk/am_i_being_unreasonable/1754515-woman-was-trying-to-force-dd-to-eat-a-hamwidge - not the only weird thread started by that OP!

OutDamnedWind · 14/09/2016 21:04

I was on Tonga lady's thread - someone had found a remarkably similar book that was, quite clearly, the one. But it wasn't in Tonga.

The OP flatly refused to believe that there was even the slightest possibility she had misremembered (I seem to remember it was quite some time since she'd lent it, so entirely possible).

Any time someone posted a good but non-Tongan suggestion (genuinely being helpful!) she would get angrier and angrier insisting that she could only accept help from people who would listen.

Queenbean · 14/09/2016 21:33

Thanks Fru!

RuggerHug · 14/09/2016 22:01

JeepersMcoy YES!!!!PLEASE can we get a petition or something going to MN to keep the troll funny ones locked somewhere. For return lols. Please MNHQ?
