I am going to go to the charity shop later today to see if I can find interview clothes for Monday morning. 9 years out of the work force tends to change one's wardrobe a bit.

I went to the bathroom this evening and got mildly excited because I appeared to have a hard white spot on my face - I was all ready to sterilize a needle to puncture my whitehead when I realised it was a sesame seed stuck to my face from a tea time bagel and I brushed it onto the floor instead.

Now I might have to hoover the bathroom floor at some point in the future.

Went shopping. The by-pass was closed by roadworks so we went a different way.

Came to bed to find a stray toddler in here. She's eaten a digestive and crumbs are everywhere. I've brushed them onto her side. I'm now in the bed and my side is relatively crumb free. Unsure whether crumbs will disturb said toddlers sleep. Also unclear where said biscuit came from.

Today I fell asleep on 3yo DS, he didn't mind and it felt safe as if he tried to move it would've woken me up.

I woke up and then he fell asleep on me.

The house has been a mess for three days and will continue to be for a couple more I imagine.

I havent moved to a heavier weight duvet yet in respect of the dogs attachment to the lighter one.

but I have put a jumper on whilst am in bed as it's getting a bit nippy.

Dog doesnt look remotely grateful and has just put her head on my pillow.

I think she must be due her worming stuff actually. I might get us a piece of cheese.

My jeans weren't drying properly so I put them in the tumblr drier for a
little while on a low heat. This thread has reminded me to take them out of the tumblr drier and finish drying them before they go all nasty. Crisis averted.

I hosted a bbq and ended up doing all the work. Of course, dh thinks he did, because he actually burnt the offerings i bought/prepped/served.

DP is away so I took opportunity to properly clean house. He has been keeping it ticking over but it needed a semi deep clean. I haven't been able to do any housework for three weeks due to v busy schedule.

The cat caught another mouse today and growled at me when I tried to get rid of it so I said GTFO and haven't seen cat since.

I have read 2.5 books today from latest Amazon stash.

I hung a new wallhanging and I like it.

I haven't turned on the telly today due to delicious books.

I have a bastarding case of the hiccohghs.

My back hurts. I'm having a lie down but it still hurts.

I went to my in-laws house for a lunch of dry chicken and over boiled veg.
