I've left the car head lights on but I can't go out to turn them off until the kids are asleep.
Probably going to end up with a flat battery.

I am waiting for an Ocado delivery. It will be the apple van. I was loading the dishwasher and thought they were here but it was my neighbour getting back from work. I said hello then came back inside and continued to load the dishwasher. The apple van has still not arrived.

I bought quorn sausages for my DC's supper for a change. My mum said I was mad and they would not eat them.

Kids just chucked them on the floor and dogs weren't that interested either.

Plain pasta again tomorrow then.

I answered the door at work and it wasn't a long lost relative or celebrity. Just a customer who I'd let in earlier as well.

I drove 4 hours to attend a 3 hour meeting on waste.
Then I drove home for 5 hours.

I stopped on the way home to buy a pepper to complete a stir-fry.
Got distracted by toddler, forgot to empty shopping bag so forgot the pepper.
Remembered to unpack custard in time to add to stewed apple. DS very happy.

I had a good day at work and felt friendly on my way home so commented on someone's pug that was licking another dog's wee off a wall. The owner didn't enjoy me doing this. She looked at me like I was mad. I didn't blame her, but decided not to feel embarassed as after all I was only being friendly. I have seen her around before. I made a mental note not to try to talk to dogs unless the kids are with me and I have an excuse/look less mad.

My mum was coming round this evening and I realised we hadn't got any milk for her coffee. My husband popped out to get some and then she turned up with her own supply.

I applied for 6 jobs today.
I got called for an interview only 1.5 hours after I applied for the best one of the bunch.
My interview is first thing Monday morning.

I am having a charity sale for my DD's gymnastics team.

I was supposed to go pick up donations for it on Sunday.
They asked me to come tomorrow instead.

That is OK, we just have sledge hockey practice tomorrow and it is on the way home.

I drove home from work as usual, but tonight I played a Prodigy cd really really loudly instead of listening to radio 2 at a normal volume. My new car has an excellent capacity for bass.

Friday home working plan ditched for last minute video conference from office. Equipment wouldn't work, so we had to do it by phone instead.

Could have been worse, poor sod down south got up at 4.30 to get his nearest video facility

On the way to work this morning I noticed the radio was playing a song from Saturday Night Fever, on the way home I noticed the same station was playing a song from Saturday Night Fever but couldn't be sure it was the same one. I realised I could change stations and did (several times only to return to original station).
Liked song both times but felt shortchanged, go figure!
