It's more like 'oh, this boy is the bees knees and I love him' rather than 'oh, this boy is so fit and hott' IMO. Which is probably a good thing as I assume it's something a parent would dress their kid in

I dare not ask my teens, but applying my recent experience of following them on Twitter etc, I think it means that this boy is great/good looking. I think 'tho' can add quite a lot to a sentence - emphasising the importance of the preceding noun. Well that's my grammatical interpretation anyway.

If you think that's bad, you should see any one of the thousands of the death metal band t shirts that my DH wears. I don't even notice them now.

If you wrote on "Chan" before the "This" it would make an excellent Doctor Who reference shirt, and would therefore obviously be super cool.
