I wouldn't have if you were exclusively tarty here but you apparently have a reputation

House B is in a nice area (just outside of the naice area, I'm in).
It's a reasonable/fairly average sized 3bed although a lot smaller than what I'm in and doesn't have downstairs WC or ensuite like I do now. The bathroom is lovely and modern though and its lower rent and council tax.
Its in a nice little cul-de-sac. The DC there play in the street and there's a park less than 3mins slow walk away. There are quite a few nice footpaths near ponds, small lakes and streams (which even have newts in them).
Its also close enough to walk to DS's school (currently I have to drive).
