My dc think I am. They won't even sit in the room when it's on. They say urgh mum you and your bad TV shows and bugger off to their bedrooms. They hate everybody loves Raymond as well.

YANBU! I love frasier and an currently working through the episodes with my hubby, we had forgotten just how funny it was, martin is my fave character, have just started series 7 so still a way to go, however your kids are BVVU! I recommend removing all tv privileges till they see the light

Love that episode where they go to that upmarket spa and are so desperate to be upgraded. Niles is hopping around in a body wrap, like a Mummy, desperate to get to the next level and they go through the mysterious door only to get locked outside by the trash cans!

I've watched Frasier from start to finish on all three mat leaves! It's brilliant.

There was an episode where Frasier and Roz went to bed together and agreed it's been a terrible mistake, don't want to ruin our friendship, let's not tell anyone etc.
Followed by a radio show where Frasier got the wrong end of the stick about which way a conversation was going IIRC and accidentally told all of Seattle about it.

You're all wrong. The best best bit is the exploding shaving foam. It builds up over a long time without you even realising it. I still remember how hard I laughed when I saw that the first time and I still laugh out loud even now I know it's coming.

Alice's Dad is a young uni student. He offers to marry her but she encourages him to stay at uni and get on with his life/go to Europe. His parents step up to help out I think.

I love Frasier - could watch it all day! My favourite is the ski-lodge episodes, if only for Niles exclamations of 'Guy!'

It's funny watching it now to see how many jokes are based on 'gay panic' as an easy laugh, but that said Patrick Stewart's guest appearance as a potential suitor of Frasier was brilliant.

i used to love Frasier -it's very well written.

But since I read about Kelsey Grammar and his anti-abortion activism it's taken the shine off it for me.

Love it. Loved the one where martin bought his fiancée her engagement ring from the police auction and it was a fat rappers toe ring, engraved with his rap name 'l'il cupid'. He kept trying to give her the nickname of 'l'il cupid'. Haha I am laughing my head off thinking about it.
