As someone on the other thread said she wouldn't just have bought a ticket for the op's son. Ticket would have said something like one adult and four children for example. Definitely a fake. I feel embarrassed for her.

I now know it isn't real, but when I first got it, I was 25% thinking it may be. I'm not sure why she didn't put £21, as I double checked PayPal and that's all I sent over. It was better when it hadn't blown out of proportion, as now all I'm going to get is that it's fake. I know that it would be okay if she saw this thread I just think it would be very awkward, and the reality is is that it would.

Even I could make a more authentic looking ticket than that! You would at least stick a barcode on it

You 100% cannot send your son there. If she would lie about this, she clearly has no scruples.

Not read the full thread yet but.. we are zoo regulars and this is no way a zoo ticket, they all have a bar code (as do the passes) so the staff on the gates can scan them.

No bar code= no entry. Evan igf you forget your annual pass (the DC have them) you have to go to visitor services to get a bar code printed on a piece of paper so it can be scanned. They won't even let you in if you give your name/ address/ other ID etc.

The fb comments are brilliant! Not brave enough to comment on there myself though!!
