have just heard the gentle tones of my neighbour with her two young dcs, they broke up yesterday ! how does anyone manage nowadays ? are more dcsgaming/indoors or do people actually take dcs out ? years have gone by since i did this stuff and i'm out of touch

So far the holiday has been
Ds - vomiting, diarrhoea
Dd2 - vomiting, diarrhoea
Dh - vomiting, diarrhoea
Me - vomiting, diarrhoea
Dd1 - vomiting, diarrhoea
We have managed some fun activities like, syringing dioralyte into ds so he doesn't get dehydrated, washing every item of bedding in the house several times, races to the single bathroom and let's see how little sleep we can get.

I remembered yesterday why the summer holidays wind me up - the Great British weather! Lovely plans and then rain, rain and more cloud. Bleurgh.

Last year I had a plan and booked a week abroad for this year. I bloody love me from 2015.

Love the idea that as you decide to throw away contraception and start rutting for england to conceive dc1 you start thinking about the summer holidays when they are five.
