To be worried I have a baggy vagina?

Well the name says it all I'm a regular and I've name changed for obvious reasons

I've always assumed I was tight down there....have 3 kids youngest is 2, but have had planned c sections every time and always done my pelvic floor exercises since I was a teenager

Until tonight when I had a bounce on the kids trampoline and LEAKED

Not proper full on wee but a definite dribble to which I had to go change my under wear

And now I'm paranoid I have a baggy fanny (sorry Blush but there really is no other way of saying it)

I did actually need a wee at the time by the way so prob didn't help

Update

Had Gynae apt which involved an internal scan (for another reason) and asked doc about the trampoline incident and asked if my vag was loose (obvs not those actual words) Blush while was there

And she said I had very good muscle tone and No worries there so am vv happy

@HairySubject

I too thoughy that weak pelvic floor gave a looser vagina Op so you are not alone. Not least because the expensive kegel toner I bought aftet dc 3 claims to cure incontinece and give better sensation for sex. I love mine btw worth eveey penny. I bought for the sex side and did notice a difference.
What device is this please?x

@MissSmiley

This was exactly what happened to me a couple of years ago. 5 kids inc twins. I was shocked! I know my vagina is in good shape as sex has been even better since the kids but the wee thing was a surprise. I got myself a Kegel8 machine. Google it. They are fab. After 12 weeks of using it (with a gap for my period) things had definitely improved. I suggest you check out their website before bothering the GP.
Does the kegel 8 make you tighter? I've been meaning to buy one but I was worried the electrical side of it may damage something inside ?x

Are you overweight or unfit? That can cause pelvic floor weakening. Specific strengening training can help. Google pelvic floor yoga

Ponoka7 · 07/01/2021 21:12

@HairySubject, could you recommend the one you've got? I've got a new bf and I'm putting off sex because of my worries.

bailey999 · 07/01/2021 21:13

I think I have been incredibly lucky I have had 6 c sections and I don't think I have ever done a pelvic floor excercise in my life. No problems here

Mine was the Kegel8 one, the electrical one. Expensive but works. I still use it occasionally now if I feel like things are needing a work out.

Timeflyin · 08/01/2021 14:26

@Ifonlylovewouldsavetheday

Definitely sounds perimenopause if your dc are caesarian and you've been exercising pelvic floor muscles for years.
No it doesnt , my sister (34) one DC by c section always wees when trampolining!
Gobbycop · 08/01/2021 14:35

The problems start later in your 50s.

Anothe rrecommend for the kegel8 here. I have mentioned about them loads on MN before. I simply can't recommend them enough. Great for helping sort out stress incontinence and tightening everything else up. They are not cheap but are worth every penny.

Which machine did you buy?

MingeofDeath · 08/01/2021 22:37

I have got the Kegel 8 ultra Vitality. I f you are considering buying one but are unsure which one to get, phone their helpline and they will advise you on. I really can't recommend them enough.
