Am I just being female and hormonal??

So every morning I shower, wash my hair, put make up on and wear nice clothes....this morning I chucked on an old pair of jeans and a jumper to do a couple of things around the house. DP gets ready and suggests we go out somewhere. He says he'll be ready in 20 mins. I say I'll need more time as i haven't even showered yet. He says 'oh, I thought you were ready'.

I never go anywhere without make up...I don't wear tons of it but you can definitely tell the difference; I have curly hair so without it being done, I look like I've been dragged through a hedge. We haven't been together for years and years, I fancy him like mad. I'm also 19 weeks pregnant and am feeling fat and hormonal. Now I think that he just doesn't even notice how I look anymore and obviously doesn't fancy me. Please tell me I'm mad and need to get a grip.....

But there was no unreasonable behaviour....there were unreasonable thoughts, which in my opinion are a result of hormones!

Oh god, I have no problem justifying my need to wear make up every time I leave the house.....it's because I look shit without it!!

God my sister is like this the whole time. Ít is deeply annoying. When I say let´s nip out for coffee, I mean now. I don´t need to shower do my hair, put on foundation and ´´just a bit of mascara´´ for this. Sometimes you can just get up and go. Brush your teeth, that´s all. So vain. So boring and such a FAFF.

Your partner probably doesn't get it yet cos to him your beautiful anyway.

And of course women are more irritable than men when their make up isn't on (in general!) I don't think men mind going to tesco without their lippy on haha

And just for the record, I don't have low self esteem....I just prefer the way I look with make up on. If you're happy without then that's your prerogative.

Yes absolutely. Today I broke a false nail whilst trying to zip up my body con dress to do the hoovering. It made me so sad I had take off my false eyelashes before crying. It's all better now though. My hubby has allowed me to put back my eyelashes and he'll be taking me out for a meal to thank me for hoovering. Just need to re-apply the false nail and I'm back in business.
