How can she sleep with him....

Mick Jagger is 72.. his girlfriend is 29. She is pregnant.

43 years younger than him.... is she in it for the cash or is it possible for her to actually fancy him?

I just don't believe it.

I think as you get older i'm sure you find your age group attractive. But at 29 would you find a 72 year old attractive? Yuck...

If Mick Jagger took you to a tropical island, you had an awesome day together, then got pissed and took loads of good drugs. I'm sure a lot of people would shag him at that point!

As a bonus you get to have a baby knowing you and it will be financially secure for the rest of your lives.

Kikibanana86 · 15/07/2016 11:22

Hiw about if the tables were turned though? Could you sleep with a 29 yr old man if you were 72? Not being goady just interested. I prefer younger guys, but gave no idea how I'll feel when I'm 72.

Lemonlady22 · 15/07/2016 11:23

i ve seen a 70 year old be very fit, exercising daily, muscles, kept himself very trendy and had a great personality......then less than a year later ill health (ca prostate) absolutely ravaged his body leaving him a shell of a man....hope Jaggers girlfriend sticks around for the long run.....i personally wouldnt touch him with a barge pole after the way he treated his former girlfriend L'Wren....hes apparently a tight fisted pensioner!

Alisvolatpropiis · 15/07/2016 11:24

Polly you're taking "agism" a touch far there.

A 30 year old "stacking shelves at Tesco" (a rather disparaging comment, don't you think?) has one big thing Jagger does not have...a long future.

The baby will be lucky to be 8 and still Jane a father.

PollyPerky · 15/07/2016 11:24

Actually, I'm really shocked by some of the comments here. It's not Mick's age surely that is putting off the younger posters here, but his looks. Yes?
What about Jerry Hall and Rupert? Joan Collins and her toyboy? It's a bit shallow basing your opinion on someone's face. Ok, he's not my type and he's dipped his wand into too many ponds for my liking, which is a real turn off. But to have a go at them because you feel the age gap is too big is a bit shallow.

Alisvolatpropiis · 15/07/2016 11:24

*have.

Given how rarely I type Jane, I'm baffled by this autocorrect Confused

PollyPerky · 15/07/2016 11:25

I have nothing against shelf stackers at Tesco or anywhere. I used it as an example of totally contrasting lifestyles and life experience. Lighten up, eh?

LurkingHusband · 15/07/2016 11:30

Of course, there is a POV that age aside, Mick Jagger is not a very nice person ...

limitedperiodonly · 15/07/2016 11:37

I bet he jumps up afterwards and starts strutting round the room.

ExConstance · 15/07/2016 11:38

He can't be very bright in some respects, he has been caught out with girlfriends getting "unexpectedly pregnant" before. As I look around me, at age 60, I think that if DH was run over by a bus I would be looking for someone no older than me, and possibly a couple of years younger.

Oldraver · 15/07/2016 11:39

I have to admit my first thought after ewwww was how long will he be around to see his child.

I know anything can happen in life but he's on short straw

ffon · 15/07/2016 11:40

My DP is 65 and I'm hoping to be still fancying the pants off him when he's 72.
Ok we have a slightly smaller age gap of 13 years.

I'd be more dubious about what he sees in her than the other way round. He probably has a lot of charm, millions of interesting stories, loads of life experience and he looks fun.
How does it feel to know you are the latest young plaything of a rich older man?

RedHareWithBlondeHair · 15/07/2016 11:40

And it stands to reason that no-one should be having children in their 70s, millionaires or otherwise.

PollyPerky · 15/07/2016 11:40

You only know what the media chooses to tell you. Unless you are a close friend of MJ you don't have any idea what he's like.

I honestly think that when the world is mourning another terrorist attack In France, with a huge number of deaths, criticising a couple for choosing to have a baby when the father is much older than the mother, is maybe focusing on a trivial aspect of other people's behaviour.

SarcasmMode · 15/07/2016 11:41

If she genuinely has feelings for him then that's only their own business - nobody is underage.

Could I sleep with a 69 year old? I doubt it but maybe love clouds those usual judgments.

She's totallyBU if she's only after money though - it's not fair to use someone like that.

diddl · 15/07/2016 11:41

Well I wouldn't, but then I don't know what Jerry Hall sees in Rupert Murdoch!

directyourcall · 15/07/2016 11:43

As opposed to close your eyes and think of England...

Close your eyes and think of $$$?

PollyPerky · 15/07/2016 11:44

And it stands to reason that no-one should be having children in their 70s, millionaires or otherwise.

What reason? Yours?
Where do you draw the line for suitability to be a parent? 16? 18? 45? Choose a random number whereby you can be assured the parent will be alive until the child is X years old, and the family won't be one of the 40% who divorce, resulting in the child have limited if any contact with their father. Oh and let's not forget those women who have 1 night stands and their child never knows who their father is, let alone is brought up by them.

youshouldcancelthecheque · 15/07/2016 11:44

I don't find him attractive but one of my close friends is best friends with a close family member of Mick Jagger (being vague on purpose), he went a party (think big Gig, dressing room party). He had a brilliant time, he said that Mick was the most charismatic and fun person he had ever met. Entertained the room and everyone, male and female wanted to be in his company.

All that said not sure I could get excited sexually by him, I recall that scene from sex and the City about the "old man arse" that even Samantha found a turn off.

ImperialBlether · 15/07/2016 11:45

Well, I'm going to go against the grain here.

Mick Jagger's always been attractive to men and to women. He's a very charismatic man (apparently) with a hell of a lot of energy. I doubt he finds it difficult to attract women that age.

Not that I would, no, but I didn't fancy him when he was young, either.

Andrewofgg · 15/07/2016 11:46

Who cares what she sees in him? Good luck to them.

LurkingHusband · 15/07/2016 11:47

Entertained the room and everyone, male and female wanted to be in his company.

Mick did androgyny long before Bowie ....

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 15/07/2016 11:47

I bet he jumps up afterwards and starts strutting around the room Grin

ExitPursuedByABear · 15/07/2016 11:48

limited Grin

It was me on the other thread who quoted Mrs Merton.

If the tables were turned and it was a woman on her 8th child with a 5th man ..........................

RedHareWithBlondeHair · 15/07/2016 11:50

polly that sort of whatabouttery flies in the face of sensible decision making. Out of interest how many budding family makers do you see who are in their 70s?
