Well my mother would have a massive hissy fit if I shagged MJ since she was the naice polite Stones fan in the 60s.
However.
It's not like anyone is going to be surprised that he's 70+ and not the settling down type. She's made her choices. She will get maintenance. She's not pledged herself to look after him in old age. It really is different getting pregnant by a rich man with no expectation of a relationship than forming a relationship with a pensioner who might need you to care for them.
