DH died when I was 36 weeks pregnant. DD2 is two today! (DD1 nearly 6). Since she was born I've got back to work nearly full time, learned to drive and done the London marathon in aid of CRUK. My daughters are happy and healthy and have the most amazing bond. I've made a ton of mistakes but right now I just want to be proud.

Well done you! Flowers
I can't imagine how hard it must have been to get through those early days. X

I just read your OP and actually teared up I can't imagine what unimaginable pain you must have experienced and I'm sure you still are, then to turn it all around and be strong for your child and the new baby, I applaud you for not allowing circumstances to drag you to a very dark place and for the amazing things you have accomplished while grieving. Happy birthday baby grobags I'm positive that your husband would be very proud! Flowers Cake

The world was BU. But you rose way beyond the challenge. Your daughters will be hugely proud of you when they are old enough to really understand. Happy birthday to your little one and a mountain of admiration to you.

Congratulations you deserve to be very proud! You have achieved so much in just over two years not many women could claim to have done so much in that time even with the support of a great DH, let alone after a bereavement of any sort. Your score on the Denver scale must have been enormous. Pat yourself on the back and enjoy your lovely DDs
