Many a time I have been reading a thread and thought "I've never head anyone say that in real life".

Definitely hobby, I am always intrigued by all these people spending time "doing their hobby".....and they never tell you what it is

sepa · 27/06/2016 22:37

I use itchy teeth all the time and now I have itchy teeth
My friend has an ERF car seat
Maybe I'm weird.... Grin

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties · 27/06/2016 22:37

He/she's a narcissist. I've never met one, I thought they were very rare.

Birdsgottafly · 27/06/2016 22:37

Entitled, Fanjo and "that's a bit Council".

Most of what's been said on here, is regularly used around me.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 27/06/2016 22:37

Naice ham. 'Wendying'.

cornishglos · 27/06/2016 22:37

Stealth boast

ghostyslovesheep · 27/06/2016 22:38

also 'entitled' 'Hun' (sorry but it's there!) Hubby, and Fanjo

Fratelli · 27/06/2016 22:38

Haha I'm loving all of these! I must admit I am planning to read this thread to cheer myself up tonight when my teething toddler wakes up!!

OP posts:
cornishglos · 27/06/2016 22:39

user1467007852 · 27/06/2016 22:39

What is a diamond shoe problem?? Sorry, I'm really new!

DurhamDurham · 27/06/2016 22:39

Makes my teeth itch

Gah!

I hate those with a passion and only see them on Mumsnet.

Changesofmind · 27/06/2016 22:39

Meh, I don't say anything here that I don't say IRL.

That includes wankbadger, cunt and boiling piss.

practy · 27/06/2016 22:39

Someone actually said to another woman in a group, did you mean to be so rude? Everyone just kind of stared at her. I knew straight away she was a mumsnetter and wondered who she was on here.

RuggerHug · 27/06/2016 22:40

ILostItInTheEarlyNineties I thought so too until I read something here where a poster had a link to narcissistic personality disorder and it was word for word EXACTLY describing someone I was phasing out at the time. I didn't want to believe they existed but there you go..

Only1scoop · 27/06/2016 22:40

'Bat shit crazy'
And I'm glad because I jeffing hate it.

user1467007852 · 27/06/2016 22:40

And boak?no idea??

Littlecaf · 27/06/2016 22:40

We have an ERF car seat. It swivels. Saved my back!

MotherBluestocking · 27/06/2016 22:41

Wankbadger is such a splendid word.
How could I have forgotten fanjo?

JessieMcJessie · 27/06/2016 22:42

"Boak" is used all over Scotland IRL!

I forgot the other day that cunt is much more acceptable on here than in the real world. Didn't go down well.

Pendu · 27/06/2016 22:42

What's an erf car seat ? Confused

I never met anyone in RL who listens to R4. Even when I do , I think of MN!

Thewolfsjustapuppy · 27/06/2016 22:44

I just had to google ERF car seats, never heard of it and didn't know it was a thing.

SanityClause · 27/06/2016 22:44

Indie school. No one in RL says that.

Thewolfsjustapuppy · 27/06/2016 22:47

I first heard judgey pants and hoiking IRL long before I saw it on MN
Never heard of a diamond shoe problem

QueenofLouisiana · 27/06/2016 22:47

"I'm literally shaking with anger"- never seen people IRL do this over a parking space/ leg wax/ teacher not knowing where kid's jumper is....

JessieMcJessie · 27/06/2016 22:48

Seriously Pendu? But then I had never met anyone in real life who was a "leave" voter, so what do I know with my Radio 4 listening ways.
