to think Nicola Sturgeon should be tried for treason?

anAlienInUK · 25/06/2016 20:58

For continuing attempts to break up the UK?

Admittedly I don't know the law regarding treason exactly, but suspect she hasn't actually done anything illegal? But why is it ok to try to continuously break the country apart?

(Have namechanged as am expecting to get slaughtered)

Absolutely brilliant Edmund Grin
Looks like only Wales gets a scratch behind the ears for obedience!

readyforno2 · 25/06/2016 21:57

Edmund you win the Internet.

Bravo

This.

PaintedDrivesAndPolishedGrass · 25/06/2016 21:57

Would you be one of the 'educated' remain voters Op? Grin

Greatblue0wl · 25/06/2016 21:57

The likely hood of another Scottish referendum has increased due to people voting to leave the EU. Nicola must be very powerful to influence the voters in England and Wales to leave, as part of her plot for Scottish independence.

2moreminutes · 25/06/2016 21:58

It's interesting to see that a lot of Scottish people aren't that enamoured with nicola.

Just goes to show how the media is so adept at skewing things.

To listen to the media, you would think wee widow crankey was the Second Coming.

2moreminutes · 25/06/2016 21:58

And Jesus Christ all rolled into one.

cressetmama · 25/06/2016 22:00

So if the entire Remain camp were to move to Scotland........... it would solve all the problems. A Grin to let you all know that I am not being serious.

timeandtide · 25/06/2016 22:00

2moreminutes why would we be? Her intentions are to divide us even more. Her brand of national socialism is poisonous

timeandtide · 25/06/2016 22:01

cresset 'mon up. We're a lovely bunch. You'd love it here Smile

BishopBrennansArse · 25/06/2016 22:01

The UK isn't a country.
It's a union of four countries.

cressetmama · 25/06/2016 22:03

Scotland's lovely, but it needs more snow!

BishopBrennansArse · 25/06/2016 22:04

Bog off! We get bugger all snow here. Share! Wink

anAlienInUK · 25/06/2016 22:05

It's a union of four countries.

It is both. It is a sovereign state and a country.

MiddleAgeMiddleEngland · 25/06/2016 22:08

If only she could get rid of the midges .....

HostaFireandIce · 25/06/2016 22:08

(Why isn't my bold working tonight?)

bakeoffcake · 25/06/2016 22:08

"So if the entire Remain camp were to move to Scotland....it would solve all the problems"

I have actually thought about doing that today! I will if this ludicrous Leave thing happens.

Baconyum · 25/06/2016 22:08

I think the only sensible option is for Scotland to invade us. That way, we can be governed by Holyrood for a few hundred years until we get devolution.

I LOVE this idea especially as James VI sold his own out! Time to redress the balance

Just5minswithDacre · 25/06/2016 22:14

Someone needs to have some kind of word with her.

She was announcing her intention to open talks with the EU this morning. Which won't really work unless Scottish independence comes first.

She doesn't seem to understand.

Firsttimer82 · 25/06/2016 22:15

Scotland get 5x the money from being part of the UK that they do from the EU. The would be crazy to leave. They would mean nothing in Europe compared to how much we value them in the UK.

Just5minswithDacre · 25/06/2016 22:16

I don't know, you might have something there Smile

Like a neutered Labrador hoping for a treat (v cross with my home country in all honesty, didn't expect them to roll over so easily).

Ah, good to have a giggle though. Have spent the last couple of days wanting to drown my sorrows whilst listening to 'I dreamed a Dream' from LeMis on repeat Wink.

Pettywoman · 25/06/2016 22:18

Baconymum what a fantastic idea. Count me in. [Fetches pitchfork from garage]

GoudyStout · 25/06/2016 22:18

I think she has something up her sleeve (not a hanky). Time will tell.
