I'm sure there'll be some proper pedants along to point out the eleventy million SPAG errors in my OP.

But in the off chance you're interested and genuinely didn't know, AIBU to point out that the phrase is 'bear with me' as in to bear a heavy load, not 'bare with me' as in let's get naked together.

In my younger days I once had a landlord stand over me until I agreed to correct the word "forty" on a cheque to "fourty".

The hospital I visit regularly for work has a massive notice saying 'bicicle is not allowed in buildings'. I have to physically look away.

Bicycles, bicycling, bikkies? What the hell does that sign even mean?

I see a lot of "wandering" for "wondering", which I find particularly annoying.
